I was charged $20 for parking only to find out that wasn’t necessary! The resort makes you think you need to pay for parking when in reality there is tons of free parking! The paid parking is for a special lot. But they have multiple signs upon check in about “$20 parking”. Nothing states that it’s VIP or special! Makes you think there is a required $20 parking fee!

This property was amazing ! Close to awesome restaurants. The staff was very friendly and really made my birthday weekend an amazing memory ! Beds very comfortable and the rooms were really clean. I would highly recommend staying at this property. I plan on staying here on a monthly basis going forward !!!!!

Amazing stay! Hotel staff are very friendly. Clean and spacious rooms. Only negative is they don’t have a pool. So much to do on site and around the city! The area looks run down but truly is an amazing place.

It was very nice and clean, you could walk to all dining options and the river walk was beautiful. And there was a Walmart, Lowes and beverage center within 1 mile of the hotel so very convienient

sofa or couch is extremely uncomfortable, straight backed stiff, not good to sit on. Stayed at hotel two years ago, this time was hoping couches were replaced. There must have been previous complaints regarding sofa/couch.
