The room was horrible as far as clean. There was broken glass in the corner of the bathroom, mold growing on the caulk in the bathroom. The pool and the hot tub was so dirty with scum on the side walls that people had names scraped into the scum.

Super clean, easy check in, great location. Good free breakfast. Nice amenities. Beautiful king suite. Melissa on the front desk was super friendly at check in and easy check out as well. Definitely recommend!

Here is my honest review: We had travelled from out of state that day to visit family and didn’t arrive to check in until after 830pm. We have two children under 3 and we were exhausted. We were able to check in smoothly and but when we got up to the room the minute we opened the door the entire room smelled of human feces, as though someone had just used the bathroom minutes before we walked in. We didn’t want to make a big deal out of it and figured the smell would subside within a few minutes. We got our kids settled, bags unpacked and pack n play set up and my husband flushed the toilet and it was leaking out the bottom. We immediately had to pack everything up and move rooms. There is no way the person cleaning this room wouldn’t have noticed the awful stench, so I am very frustrated we were put in that room in the first place. Had it just been two adults it would be different but traveling with young kids and having to move rooms is an extremely huge inconvenience. Please be more aware of what may not be functioning in your rooms, especially when it comes to sanitary matters before putting people in there. I would rate this experience 1/5 stars.

The hotel itself was fine. All of the things we look for in a hotel were available and we were comfortable in our room. Easy check in and out, lots of parking. The only thing that stood out that I wasn’t a fan of was the cleanliness. The fridge in our room had someone else’s food in it when we checked in and when I was packing up, I lifted the cushions on the sofa to make sure I hadn’t missed anything , and saw that there was a lot of crumbs and even a whole cracker , ( not ours ) so clearly the cleaning isn’t thorough. The elevator carpet needed vacuuming the entire 2 days of our stay also.

Overall, a great location for a family getaway. Friendly, fast check-in; clean room & bathroom; great free breakfast! Only recommendations are: only had one regular k-cup coffee so with no maid service between 2 night stay; should stock more. We did get more at the front desk. Also, keep a check on the TV remote as our room had parts missing.

I checked into the property. Went to go get dinner. Came back, opened the refrigerator and found someone else's food in the fridge. Immediately I knew the room hadn't been cleaned. I turned back the covers on the bed to find hair, lots of hair! Elevators needed vacuuming, printer for guests didn't work. They said I would receive a discount. Never happened. Won't be staying there again.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and all the staff was friendly and helpful in anything that we needed. Room was big clean and comfy

Room could use a good dusting and someone else’s sock was behind a piece of furniture. Breakfast was really disappointing, perhaps because we went down late. The kids enjoyed the pool. I enjoyed the hot tub. A bit pricey for what you get.
