Our room at Isis Motel was clean and compact and only a short walk to The Thorobred eatery and Coles. Wonderful strong hot shower was very welcome after a long day travelling and always appreciate fresh milk for in room cuppas. Thanks Glen for a friendly welcome and farewell.

I am a regular traveller for business and sometimes you get a nice surprise and this hotel is in that category. The hotel is great value for what you get - friendly accomodating owners, exceptionally clean rooms, updated rooms, modern air conditioner and good hot showers. This will now be my go to hotel when staying in Scone.

I stopped here on the road up to Queensland via New England and this motel fit the bill for an overnight stop and the price was good. It's just off the freeway on the way into Scone. Check-in was friendly and I parked in front of my room. These motels are such a nostalgic reminder of childhood road trips. The room (#15) was large with a queen and twin bed. It was well equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee & tea, iron & ironing board, a good size desk with two chairs, TV, Wi-Fi, armchair and bathroom. The shower was supercharged and I could have stayed under it for a long time. I had a comfortable one night stay and would do so again.

Check in was efficient and friendly. Room size was good. It was clean and comfortable, albeit that it shows signs of being an older motel The whole site is near the turnoff for the New England Highway, ( for convenience, but not noise). The one aspect which intrigued us was that there was only 1 tea spoon, no other cutlery, and no crockery..........despite there being a toaster.

The rooms are a little dated, but absolutely spotlessly clean and very good value. The beds are comfortable, the shower's hot and there's a free laundry as well. The staff kindly upgraded our room by themselves, which was a nice gesture. I would definitely have no problem recommending the place and staying here again.
