Great hotel , I would give even more stars . Clean large room, lots of towels , great variety of FRESH breakfast . Will be back !

The staff was very friendly. The bed was very hard and seemed small for a queen. The room we had was adjoining with another room which had a door I was not aware of and the person next door coughed all the time and it sounded like they were in our room. The air conditioning/ heating was loud and cold air was coming from underneath which was right next to the bed. The breakfast was not bad. Most likely will stay somewhere else on the next trip.

Liked the room facilities. Most hotel don’t allow 6 people including children in a room. But it was perfect for our family. Breakfast time we had enough options and food was available. Really enjoyed staying there.

There was lots of kids running around at night slamming doors i could hear everything and the staff didnt do anything there was no respect at night. And the staff was eating first then the guest. There wasnt warm food i had to reheat everything.

I traveled with my 4 year old daughter and husband to stay at Home 2 Suites. Upon my arrival I was told that my reservation was canceled. I was never informed because "I made my reservation 3 rd party. Although i received an email from them prior to my arrival about getting their app. Thanks to the terrible business practice and lack of technological services I arrived to town with nowhere to stay. To make matters worse I was told that this happened in the past as well. Smh. As a company that has such a "reputation" in the hotel industry, I expected better. However, I won't make the same mistake again of trusting their hotels.

Hotel was a convenient location for our family trip. Check in was easy and rooms were very clean. All staff were friendly and hotel morning breakfast was included . Rooms had complete kitchenettes which were great. Everything helped make our stay memorable.

We were only staying for one night, but we were so impressed with the room and how thoroughly it was supplied for guests who may have booked a more extensive stay. Highly recommend...very clean, very quiet and very friendly staff!

Beds were way too small, WiFi was horrible. Definitely not worth the $300 per night that we spent.

High quality hotel rooms with all the amenities. Perfect for a family getaway.

Staff told us the pool was open and they closed it 20 minutes later for maintenance with no notice and it did not reopen during our stay

WHILE THE AESTHETICS OF THE PLACE WAS LOVELY, THERE WAS A TERRIBLE PUNGENT ODOR IN MY ROOM. I WAS IN MIDDLETOWN, NY TO ATTEND A 50TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. I SIMPLY DROPPED MY BAGS IN THE ROOM AND LEFT FOR THE AFFAIR. UPON MY RETURN TO THE ROOM, ABOUT 11PM,I WAS SHOCKED TO SMELL THIS TERRIBLE ODOR, I THOUGHT MAYBE SOME SOILED OLDCLOTHING OR SNEAKERS MAY HAVE ACCIDENTLY BENN LEFT , PERHAPS UNDER A BED, BUT YHAT WAS NOT THE CASE, I HAD TO PUT A BIT OF OERFUME UNDER MY NOE AND PLACE THE COVER BOVER MY FACE TO SIMPLY FALL ASLEEP. WHEN I AWOKE, THE NEXT MORNING I ASKED ONE OF THE CLEANING LADIES IF SHE HAD NOTICED THE SMELL AND SHE SAID SHE THOUGHT IT MIGHT BE THE TOILETS, BUT THE HOTEL WAS AWARE OF THIS ODOR. THEN I TOLDTHE YOUNG MEN WHEN CHECKING OUT AND THE OTHER YOUNG MAN AT THE CHECKOUT DESK ASKED ME IF I WAS ON THE 4TH FLOOR, wHEN I REPLIDE YES, THEY SAID THEY WOULD REPORT IT. WHILE WAITING FOR MY SON TO COLLECT ME FROM THE LOBBY, I NOTICED YOUR SIGN WHICH STATE " WE GUARANTEE AN ENGAGING EXPERIENCE AND CLEAN, COMFOTABLE ACCOMMODATIONS. IF YOU AREN'T COMPLETELY SATISFIED LET US MAKE IT RIGHT OR THE NIGHTS ON US" WHAT IS IN THAT ROOM IS NOT JUST A BAD SMELL, IT IS DANGEROUS. I BELIEVE THE SMELL IS IS A VOLITAL ORGANIC COMPOUND, RESULTING FROM PERHAPS SOME KIND OF PROLONG EXPOSURE TO A UNSEEN WATER INTRUSION. I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT,AND I DO WANT TO BECOMPENSATED FOR THAT MISERABLE NIGHT STAY. AUDREY BAILEY-HOCKER 33

Great location to conveniences. Great space in the room and comfortable. HOWEVER, there was a hot water problem and lack of hot water. The staff was aware of this issue and other guests were complaining. I was there for over a week and the issue was not resolved or compensation provided. Also, the walls are PAPER THIN. You hear everything. It was very noisy at times.

Got a one bedroom suite. At 3 AM the heat in the bedroom kicked on, while heat in the living room (where my kids were sleeping) did not. Thermostats did nothing. Couldn't turn off the heater. Bedroom bolied (over 90 degrees) while living room area dropped into the 50s. Brought it to front desk's attention first thing in the morning. They didn't send anyone to check it out and refused to comp the room. No sleep. Terrible. No manager on site. Hotel looks clean and nice. Horribly run. Poorly maintained.
