喬治敦麗怡酒店(Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Georgetown, KY)

My husband spoke w/ someone re: our stay which would have been 2 nights 15-16th May. We cannot stay in pet friendly rooms b/c of asthma and allergies. We were told the 4th floor doesn’t allow pets so we booked it. When we arrived the man at the desk said all the floors are pet friendly so we decided to try it but we had to leave. In room about 2 hours. Thought we would get a refund since we were told that 4th floor is no pet. The man at the desk was very rude and seemed annoyed w/ us, no apology or sorry about our situation just we will owe for 2 nights. We left owing over $300.00 for nothing. Hoping that since you know our situation we will get a refund.

Requested late check out for an hour staff declined very rudely, may be one of them was owner as well. They did not even tried to consider my late night check in a day before and I had a call for my office. They said they have booking, I stayed there on lobby for my office work and noticed that there was no any check in until 2:30pm.

Hotel was pretty good. Would have a higher rating but the beds were like concrete. Quiet possibly the hardest mattress I have ever tried to sleep on.

Room was in need of updating, carpet was dirty and had old smell, mattress felt like it was 20 years old, popcorn ceiling was cracked. Took along time To get hot water and we were on the first floor

Easy check-in, clean room, and good breakfast. Oh, the hot tub and pool were both clean and operational. There's a Fazoli's right across the street which was nice too.

Plenty of towels and very nice. Clean room, clean common areas and comfortable furniture. Will stay here again. Great breakfast too.

Clean hotel but could use a refresh. Good visit. Easy access to Kentucky Horse Park and The Ark Encounter.
