斯科特斯德鹽河希爾頓惠庭套房酒店(Home2 Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Salt River)

First visit to this location was great so decided to bring my family back for vacation. Reservation was for 5 so we had a room with two beds & a pullout couch. We came in, found only 2 towels and no bedding for the pullout. I called the front desk and was told they were short on towels, and they would see what they could do. An hour later, we finally get a couple more towels and the bedding. We open the couch to make the bed and the mattress reeks of urine. We call the front desk again. The only solution they could come up with was a king bed room - 1 bed, 5 people?? I understand not having rooms, but why not just swap mattresses for the pullout? They assure us they will move us the next day. Day 2: up early for son's football tournament and breakfast supposed to start at 6. Perfect, we have to leave by 7:15. Except, not here - they are "running behind". It's almost 7 before food is out and ready. The pancake machine isn't working so one of the staff members takes her bare hand and starts digging around and pulls out old crusty batter that was blocking the flow. No gloves & clearly an unclean machine. Later in the day, we switch rooms, but not until after 4 because they are "behind" on getting rooms cleaned. Once again, we walk in to a room with only 2 towels and no bedding for the pullout. I go to the front desk this time, so we don't have to wait forever, and get told I’ll have to use pool towels. New toilet broken, tv doesn’t work… horrible service overall

First of all when I walked in 3 employees were talking and told me to hang on. Took awhile to get checked in. Then I go to my room and it’s a king size bed instead of my double queen bed I asked for. They told me I can stay or leave they were all booked. They also told me that ********** changed it on my behalf. I was never informed. I had to sleep on the floor.

Every time we go here we have shower issues in thire bathrooms.

Staff seemed friendly enough. The room was very dirty and there was a bunch of small bugs flying around on the ceiling. I killed most of them. We had a pillow that had something brown on it and speaking of pillows, these were the worst. The cleaning staff really needs to step it up and the carpet could use a good cleaning.

The TV didn’t work the entire stay. They kept saying it would be fixed and never was. The breakfast was always lacking as well. Truly disappointing since we’ve always had a good experience at other Home2Suites.

This was a spotless and spacious room with kitchen appliances, and a fold-out couch with a privacy curtain. A shopping center is a short walk away, and the spring training facility and other entertainment are not far. The staff members I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The dining recommendation at Parley's was perfect.

Room was huge. Slept 5 very comfortably. Full kitchen with everything you need provided. Free breakfast was good. Pool table and games in the lobby. Service was excellent. Will choose this hotel again when returning to scottsdale.
