The staff was fantastic and we enjoyed our short stay. Would stay again if needed. 👍

Excellent hotel. There was a problem with the keycard machine so they could not make our keys. However, the staff came to open the door for us each time with a smile. Although the checkout time is 11am the staff allowed us to stay till 12:30pm. Although not a resort, it has an ambience of a resort (with no resort fees!!)

Staff at front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful at check in, including the manager on duty whom I asked to speak with. Horrible customer service, attitude and demeanor, had I not pre paid for my reservation I would have certainly left and stayed elsewhere. Room was also dirty in several places, loud air conditioner with dusty dirty air. I’ve never had this bad of an experience at any other Marriott property before.

Nice property. Quiet, clean and very good beds. Only 2 negatives were a missing ice bucket. I requested one from front desk and they said they would bring it right out. Nobody ever came with one. Second negative: the fan in the air conditioner periodically made loud noises for extended periods of time. I reported to front desk upon checkout. Otherwise staff was courteous and professional.

Front desk needs help . No housekeeping when i requested it for my stay . We check out early on a 5 night stay . Rooms are to small to much furniture in these small rooms is ridiculous. Not necessary. . Carpets need to vacuumed. . Found too many ugly things around the floors and corners . Disgusting.

Went to the hotel 90 minutes after official hotel check-in and was told our room was not ready but we could be put in another room or wait; had checked in online one day prior and were supposed to receive a SMS message about our check-in. Asked how long a wait and the front desk person finally said she would make a call, turned her back to us to make the call, and then said within an hour. 2 1/2 hour late to check-in? The other room we got had an air conditioning unit that started vibrating loudly in the middle of the night and would not stop. It would slowly start to make this obnoxious noise and then get louder and louder.

The room was nice and clean. The only thing is they didn’t clean our room and no clean towels. They didn’t fix our bed. Have to call the front office around 5:30 pm. They would clean it after 6:00 pm. Came back and the bed was still not fix.

I stayed here 3 nights and everything was Great!! from the moment I walked in the door. Tyler who works the front desk is very knowable about the property and very helpful. Overall the hotel is really clean and is surrounding by many things to do and places to eat!
