Me sentí estafada me dieron una habitación con el aire caliente malo y con mucho ruido aparte me dijeron era una cama king size y es una queen hize el reclamo y me hicieron sentir estúpida

Nice small pool that the kids loved. The hot tub didn’t seem to be working but was nice to sit in. Decent gym room. Very friendly staff. Spacious and clean room!

Check in was the fastest I had ever experienced the room was pretty small. Although it was nice to have the microwave in fridge, the pull out couch bed was very uncomfortable. Had to ask for sheets and lemons. The bed skirt was completely filthy which almost made me not to sleep on the bed.The pull out couch was stained and dirty.Had no idea the pool was only 3 ft. The hot tub was not hot at all but breakfast was okay. The heat didn't work in the room. The walls and windows are paper thin can hear toilets flushing people taking showers. Cars out side beeping people yelling in the parking lot we had a window next to the side front parking lot. People always smoking right when you walk in to the hotel. Ok area no noise from the highways but plenty of noise inside and out.

Room was missing a trash can, there was a coffee maker but no coffee pot, no hair dryer, and smelled like cigarette smoke.

Front desk clerk did an awesome job given she was being stretched to the limits multi-tasking being the only person at the desk.

This hotel is in need of some.serious updating. The little things just kept adding up. There are no comforters for the beds, only sheets and thin blankets, the hotel is extremely short staffed right now to the point that we didnt have a room ready until half hour past check in. Breakfast area is so small and cramped you can barely move with 2 people in the area. These are all minor inconveniences, but they tend to add up and become a larger problem. This is not worth the price. The location of this hotel is wonderful. Plenty of things to do for a 2 or 3 night stay.

The hotel upon check in told me that they oversold the hotel and since I went through ******* they cancelled my room after we jsut drove 5 hours in the car. Front desk somehow found us a room. Mutliple times I saw no one at the front desk which lead to numerous young kids and their parents taking water, soda and candy from the market.. Pretty much flat our theft. Would of loved to tell someone but they were no where to be found. Pool and hot tub were closed for no reason which was a disappointment after a long day of skiing.

The front desk was great. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Will return i. The future.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Full breakfast incuding keish on the weekends. Over all, good plaace.
