The awesome gal that checked me and the same person, I had the pleasure to check out with….was literally such a delightful personable individual! Too bad there aren’t more like her in the Customer Service Industry. I arrived early and asked if there was any chance to check in early…. She checked and there was! Above the call of duty… 😊😊😊

We loved our room so much that we stayed here twice, once on our trip to Maine and then returning to Florida. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Two large TVs and a sofa to relax on were appreciated after a long drive. Plus, the area was beautiful!

We had an amazing stay. The property was just what I wanted; clean , beautiful decor, indoor swimming and the staff was so friendly and courteous. A wonderful price that didn’t disappoint. There was a great breakfast buffet included with waffle iron, eggs, sausage etc. There was shopping, dining and movie theater in walking distance and a short, easy drive to other shopping and Scranton points of interest. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I booked a room with two queen beds via ******* as I had a group of 5 staying at the hotel on Saturday. When we arrived, our room wasn't available and we were placed into a room with only one king bed because this was the only room left. Three people had to share this bed, one person slept on a rollaway cot, and I had to sleep on the floor. The staff I had interacted with were very apologetic and tried to accommodate as best as they could as this wasn't their fault. However, we did not get to stay in the room we paid for and couldn't get into any room until 45 minutes of waiting in the lobby.

Hotel was great -- lovely staff, nice, clean rooms that are well appointed. Nice pool and gym. Just not tons in the area.

Checkin was quick and easy and room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had nice selection and all of the staff was friendly and attentive. Will definitely select this location in future.

Very polite check in service and the hotel is very nice. Our room is spacious and very clean.

Everything was great! Front desk and Breakfast lady were wonderful. Only issue is the breakfast could have been a bit better
