斯克蘭頓拉克萬納站雷迪森酒店(Radisson Lackawanna Station Hotel Scranton)

I had an excellent stay for 3 days. Nice hotel as Scranton is near a few ski areas. Hot tub was romantic, and room was very big. Staff was friendly. Parking was onsite but $5. The hotel is worth the experience as it is an old railroad train station and you will probably not stay in anything like it in your life.

We had a delightful stay at the Radisson in Scranton, PA. The hotel is historic and beautiful. Lots of marble and decorative wood. It is an old train depot and located right behind it is the University of Scranton’s soccer field which we enjoyed watching practice. Right across the street is a nice restaurant as well as having one in the hotel. We had a delicious breakfast with a very nice waiter. Everything about our stay was first class.

We ended up in a suite as that was all that was available. It was very nice. It misses being great from a couple of functional and aesthetic points. There was only one hook on the back of the bathroom door for a towel and nothing else in the bathroom for hanging towels. The artwork over the toilet was nice, but a towel bar would be much better. There was no hand towel rack, though there was wall space for one. The shower also had no shelf of any kind to place soap or shampoo on. We found under the shower curtain a previous guest's shampoo bottle, why we rated cleanliness a little lower. When entering the room there is a side table screaming for a floral arrangement, or something. Overall staff we very pleasant and the facility is beautiful.

I could barely walk another step after our new student orientation event at the University of Scranton. The hotel was walkable from campus, and is a stunning landmark to behold. The lobby and restaurants were beautiful. Our room was on the top floor. We had views of the soccer field and train tracks below. A very gentle bell ringing and soft horn was lovely in the morning as we watched the tourist trains filled with people go by. We ordered room service in the evening, and the food was fresh, hot and enjoyable. Comfortable and clean room. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful landmark hotel. This property is a true gem of Americana! Thank goodness it is being preserved. The hotel is beautiful! We need these properties in the United States. It is worth a side trip to stay here. I was most concerned about parking but it is so safe easy and convenient. The restaurants are good also!

I don’t have anything nice to say!! They are a complete fraud!! I paid 136$ for a one-night stay. When I arrived I was informed that I would not be allowed in the room until I had 50$ on a prepaid card for incidental expenses. Which I did, when I gave it to the front desk they said they can’t do it with that card. A complete mess. And I still never got a room! Not only that, but they refuse to give me a refund

Beautiful place. Nice people. REALLY poor signal on Wi-Fi. Restaurant staff in Trax nice. Food wasn't good.

The stay in the old remodeled train station was great, and our check-in guy (Anthony) was great with great energy
