Front Desk guy name Dary was awesome. I booked the wrong hotel but I’m so glad I found this gem And I will have future stays here.

The lobby area was nice. The rooms, workout area, and hallways were very dirty. No carpet areas had been vacuumed for a while. We went through three rooms in our two nights there before getting an air conditioner that “mostly” worked. Breakfast was just okay with limited supplies so you don’t want to sleep late or you missed it. Staff was friendly though, and location was close to the Space Center.

I booked this hotel because it had decent reviews and pictures. However, when we finally arrived, it was totally different than what was shown. Like another persons review, I don't know how it has such good reviews, they have to be fake. Look at Rachel Brock's photos, because that's what you will receive. That review she left is exactly spot on. No one changed the sheets nor changed the towels. I had to go down and ask for new towels myself. A room of 4, 2 towels? Breakfast was a disappointment...we just went out to eat. The room smelled like a smokers room when I requested a non-smoking room. Never again.

Property is doing some renovations but not disturbing or dirty it is very clean the new management and employees are very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is good the property is literally 5 mins from Kemah as well as all kinds of food restaurants. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you for such great hospitality!

Once we found out that the hotel recently changed ownership and they are working on trying to fix things, it made more sense as to why things weren't up to par compared to the reviews we saw before booking this hotel. The location is good for Space Center Houston and the Kemah Boardwalk, and the price was good. But we had several broken things in our room, and it clearly needed some renovations.

The staff was really nice and helpful with things to do while I was on my vacation. Greeted with a smile as soon as I walked through the door.

Currently updating, so some was super new and clean and then others were in progress. It served its purpose and was clean.

Room was clean. The checkin process was simple. A little old and outdated but it was a quick one night stay

At 8:30am the breakfast bar was nearly empty (no eggs or bacon left) with nobody in sight to restock. I understand that construction was going on, and that’s reasonable. However, the contractors had tracked Sheetrock debris down the hall and stairwell and didn’t clean up after themselves.
