A great stay. Staff were lovely and super helpful. A problem with my room meant i had to switch, but staff addressed this as soon as possible. Pool was an added bonus as were the sauna and steam room. Will def stay there again when visiting Durham.

Pretty run down, especially for how much they charge. They had one sheet that loosely 'covered' the mattresses. Thankfully I travel with a cocoon sheet so I could use that and not worry about waking up touching a nasty, used mattress. The bathrooms were pretty gross as well.

Firstly, the staff i engaged with during my stay were all very helpful and welcoming, cant fault them.
The room was ok but the noise from people walking around above me was horrendous! my light fitting were shaking and that really shouldnt be the case.

Room was dirty, cobwebs and spiders all over rhe ceiling. Double bed was 2 singles pushed together with a very noticeable gap in the middle. We got in at 3am and got late check out but were rudely woken up by the cleaners at 10am (normal check out isnt until 11 so other could have been sleeping too) shouting to each other from different rooms having a conversion

At first it was ok, nice build, area and staff friendly. That’s where it stopped, toilet roll wrapped around shower vent. Stain on carpet that looked like blood. Worst part… we paid for deluxe double and it was 2 singles pushed together… so had to push beds back together a couple of times.

Nice big comfy bed. A couple of small issues in the bathroom, basin tap handle missing and drain plug would not open. Excellent shower, plenty of hot water.
