瑟西温德姆麥客達套房酒店(Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Searcy)

My room was prepaid for as its business travel. They needed my personal cc on file for incidentals, supposed to put a $25 hold on it. They charged and refunded my card so many times that my cc was locked for fraud. Not only did they run the $25 charge multiple times they also ran $49.96 charge. The front desk was totally rude and non helpful and day Manager told me they didnt have time for my BS problem. Keep your sanity and money dont waste your time staying here!

The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was really comfortable. Will stay again when traveling in the area.

Friendly staff and clean hotel. A sketchy party took place on the property; basketball goal, grill, and bags of beer outside in the back of the property where our room was. Lots of people partying. We just didn’t feel safe.

To start the Manager on staff was a man and he used the F. word talking to a customer. My sister was eating breakfast and she called the Manager down for using that kind of language. 9/25/23

The room was dirty and smelled really bad. No way of adjusting temperature of room so it was musty, warm and smelled like a gym locker. The shower didn't have a shower curtain. Probably the grossest room I can remember. Will not be staying here again.

The front desk staff was not friendly very abrupt and rude. She asked for a credit card for incidentals and when I asked what that meant her response was we aren’t going to run it.

Property is dated. Poor sound attenuation. When someone walks down the hall, the whole building shakes.

We needed a hotel to spend night as we were driving through. I saw many good positive reviews and Good rating so I decided to book. I was sure Disappointed.. hotel was dirty, outdated, toilet seat was cracked, spiders and ants were in room, there was mouse traps at entrance of side hotel doors.. sheets had stains, breakfast was not good at all cold egg, cereal, and room temperature milk. Only good thing was parking.

Room had hair all over floor. Bathroom shower had hair in it and was dirty. The front desk when we checked out, the man was on his cell phone and didn’t even speak to us
