Great to be right downtown. Kids loved the game room. Pool and breakfast area could get really noisy, but rooms were quiet.

Had a problem with the toilet running a lot and taking a while to flush, but the handy man was quick to assure us it would be fixed. It was not fixed before we left.

We always enjoy staying here. Off the ***** (which we prefer) but short walk. Always clean, always friendly. The pool is great for kids. Love the fire pits and the playground. All around comfy.

Noisy and didn't have working tvs. I. Fact the was a person who worked for the motel who knocked on our door as we where switching rooms to take a tv to another room for a guest awful

The assistant helped us with cancelling our second night when we had to cut short our trip due to an emergency. She was so kind and helpful. Even though another guest told us to "keep it down" at 7:30pm we enjoyed the fire pit and river views. (We were just talking!) And I loved that real milk, not just the usual plastic container creamer, was available for my tea.

Staff are kind and it has a nice water front yard with fire pits and playset. The pool is a sort of small and the place doesn't smell fresh. Breakfast ca be improved.

No complaints. A block away from the main ***** in Seaside and a couple blocks to the beach.
Comfortable bed, keureg coffeemaker in room, and big tv. Typical breakfast you’d find in most modestly priced hotels. Front desk staff friendly and professional.
