The staff were very friendly and helpful. Was able to check in early. I would definitely stay here again.

3-night stay. The staff each day was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very comfy and clean. LOCATION IS AMAZING!!! Close to restaurants, shops and activities for the family, and the views are spectacular. Even with beach access, there was not a lot of sand tracked into the lobby. The Pool was a huge plus for the kids! All this for a very resonable price! The couple little reasons I wouldn't give a 5: The heat in the room was a little hard to control; it would be too hot, so I had to turn the thermostat down, but then it would get too cold. Couldn't find a setting/temp that would be consistent... The breakfast was fine, but maybe they didn't account for the holiday weekend and there were more guests than a normal Monday, and people were waiting for food to be re-stocked and waiting to use the toaster and microwave. Had to wait for the Pool towels to be refilled.. OVERALL, was a great experience! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location! Step off the property and into the sand. Rooms were clean and staff was very attentive.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, great communication. The room was exceptionally clean. And the location is right next to all the attractions. Good value for the price. A couple issues: we couldn’t get comfortable in bed; tossed and turned like a whale burp in the tide. The beds were advertised as queens, but seemed smallish like doubles. Also the towels for the pool are dinky and scratchy. We enjoyed our stay, but will likely stay elsewhere next time due to the uncomfortable beds.

This is in the perfect location; on the beach and one street away from all the best shopping and dining in town. Heated pool (but not too heated) and hot tub were a nice way to end the day. The room was clean and updated. The continental breakfast was simple and appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cute little place close to all of the major Seaside attractions, and just steps from the beach. Staff were friendly, room was clean and we were happy.

The location of this property was excellent - right on the beach and only a block from the boardwalk. The property is not new and is somewhat dated, but they have fixed it up so it doesn't feel shabby. The beds were very comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good for hotel breakfasts. The pool was great - it was actually heated to a decent temperature. I wouldn't have minded it if it was a little warmer, but I know I'm asking for a lot. But you could get warm in the hot tub, which was nicely heated. The staff was very friendly.

We had excellent weather which was a bonus as we like to walk the beach. Much closer to the waterline then where we have stayed at the North end of the Prom. The staff was very helpful with an upgrade to a view room. Always get water front for the spectacular view. We visit Seaside a couple times a year and have our favorite eateries etc. Both agree we will stay here again.
