西雅圖海濱萬豪酒店(Seattle Marriott Waterfront)

Down the hill from downtown Seattle so expect a walk/uber in to the city if you’re going that way. Also no fan in bathroom which kind of ****** and the TV wasn’t working. Otherwise, next to the water which was really nice. ALSO $100 a night deposit for up to $500 for 5 nights+ so be aware.

I didn’t get the same room I was booked, in the picture totally different, i was booked has both side water view and weels view, but I didn’t get that they give me on 5th floor, with king bed which is small room,I haven’t booked that. also no any guidance for any thing , I have talked with staff before check in over the phone also when I arrived for check in I try to explain them , they are even not listen me, they said check with *******, I had booked the hotel way advance , how come they didn’t keep reserved my original room, what is the benefit booking hotels in advance if you are not get your reserved spot. Thank you

Bathroom reeked of mildew. Took valet literally 40 minutes to move one car from blocking the thru-way. Coffee maker was gross and low quality. Just really disliked this place and wouldnt stay again.

Air conditioning unit was super loud after we finally got it to start working. Can't even sleep when it turns on intermittently. Toilet flush was so loud, can't even use the washroom without waking up everyone. Not worth the price.

We are Marriott platinum and because we used ******* and got there at 3pm they woukd not check us in because we did not book direct I had to wait in the lobby until 415 when to s of others checked on prior to us

NO BOUTIQUE, NIGHTMARE! Major construction on whole hotel. Elevators not able to be used as we were on 8th floor. We asked to move rooms and were told that we would be charged additional fee of $380 per night and was told that it probably would not do any good. Oh yeah, offered a bottle of champagne that we never received either. Moved to beach in front of hotel to get quite since we were unable to sleep in our room that was over $700 a night after checking in at 2:30am. Jack hammering and drilling noises were heard from the beach as well. After trying to speak to front desk multiple times about noise again, no answer. The whole 3 day "vacation" was exhausting, no sleep. I have multiple time stamped videos to prove. After trying to work with ******* on refund and them also trying to connect with hotel management, no response after multiple calls and emailed attempts within 45 days of stay. Fail by all! No compensation, no help, no answers! Never will I book with *******, nor will we stay at this hotel. ******* and the hotel should inform potential guests that they are under construction before booking a stay and also if it is that noisy after booking let guests cancel at no cost. This is ludicrous!
