阿斯特拉酒店，萬豪臻品之選(Astra Hotel, Seattle, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel)

I am going to Seattle for business purposes this time, and I chose Astra Hotel because it is close to my workplace. It is a newly opened hotel, and the rooms are mainly white, giving a very bright and airy feel. The hotel staff is polite, but when I checked in, they forgot to give me breakfast vouchers. Surprisingly, there was no electric kettle in the room, so when I got hungry at night and wanted to make a cup of instant noodles, I had to go to the front desk to ask for help. The hotel's location is great, it is convenient to go to Space Needle, the lakeside, and even downtown.

The room was nice and in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. The gym and rooftop bar were nice as well. Everything was kinda overpriced though compared to other hotels in the same area but still 10/10.

I never had any issue with this hotel until now, and I am not the type of person to write reviews or leave bad negative comments, but this time I feel like I have to because it is a common issue the they are aware but don’t see to care. My only issue was the whole bathroom light will shut down while I was getting ready and I when to front desk and they acted like this was normal and common issue and it was just so uncomfortable and unprofessional in my opinion.

Room and amenities were great. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful. 10/10 to would stay here again. Our room had a view of the space needle. Highly recommend to do the upgrade to the view. Great experience. I told them it was my gf’s bday and they gave her a chocolate box with a hand written card in the room.

My boyfriend and I go to Seattle about 2-3 times a year from the Portland, OR area. We typically stay within walking distance to Pike Place Market. Astra is now our new favorite hotel. The room is very comfortable, the climate control is great. The bathroom was spacious (difficult to find in Seattle) and we loved the black out digital curtains. It’s worth the short drive to Pike Place for this type of comfort. We also had breakfast and it was just the right portion size and very good.

The motel rooms are quite small, but they were clean and comfortable. the parking is an absolute joke But you can get a Valet that takes forever for $65. There is no coffee pot or kettle or microwave in the room. There is no complimentary coffee or breakfast to guests. Everything is $ $. We had to go to the restaurant and ask for a cup of hot water as we like to enjoy our tea in the comfort of our own room. The motel is clean, high-tech and modern and the customer service was outstanding. But for the money you can get much better deals and bigger rooms in Seattle if you look. Or you don't have to pay $8 for a cup of black coffee. It is very doubtful that we will be back.
