Hotel room was very basic. Bathroom did not have a tub, as shown in each of the "room detail" photos. We asked to change rooms, as it was quite tight in the stall, but were told none were available. Fortunately others in our group let us use their shower.The room was to have two queen size beds, but they seemed smaller than our queen bed at home. My wife and i decided to sleep in separate beds as a result.

My team goes to the Gibsons bonspiel every year abd have stayed at the Cedar several times. We've always had a pleasant stay.
This time however while we were sitting on a bed, one of the legs collapsed. It turns out that put a hole 4"x3" hole in the wall.
They are charging my $250 plus tax to fix something that is thier furnishings fault.
WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

We were excited to visit Canada for the first time. When contacting the property I found out that you need to take a Ferry to reach there. There was Ferry delays and after several calls with the property they were able to let me and my wife in after check out hours which I’m very grateful for

The hotel is clean and the staff polite and professional, but the place is rough. It really could use a face lift and an update. No elevator, so we lugged our bags up stairs and down halls. Also we chose it partially because it said breakfast included, but when we got there, they gave us a coupon for Tim Horton's down the street,which was a huge disappointment on many levels.

The bed was very hard but otherwise it was a great hotel. The room was quite large. We had lots of space. The hotel is very quiet. Breakfast is included from Tim Hortons just down the road.

The hotel wasn't spectacular or new, but it was a great experience. We loved our huge room with vaulted ceilings, pet friendly, and enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. They also gave free breakfast voucher for Tim Horton's. 10/10

Only stay in a double queen beds room for one night. Alrhough the hotel is old but room is spacious , beds are comfortable except the pillows should be in bigger size. Room is clean but need more electric plugs e.g the coffee maker has no plug to use.
