Room very small, seeing and practical is different, room well-maintained, staff behaviour well, house keeping doing their job fine, intercum phone not working, complain again and again not clear the problem otherwise all good

They let incompetent people who have zero idea about the property take calls at the reception, was scammed and no one takes responsibility of their set backs, you sure supposed to adjust, and they have worst customer service ever, asked for water at 11pm at night, told chilled water was extra price and they did-not even get us any water the entire night. Worst experience.

Decent stay with a lot of shops nearby. Center of the city. Any business visit with a decent stay, this is the right place.

The location is good. Room is also ok. Never book on map. I booked on map but it was a very bad experience. You need to have as per their choice only and that's too limited to one dish even in desert no choice. I requested for ice cream and they refused directly. The guy named qadir is not even bothered and said you need to pay under the map plan. The room was ok but the washroom was very small.
