伊克諾郊外小屋(Econo Lodge)

The Econo Lodge was close to our rodeo event. The room smelled clean upon entry. No breakfast at all. Personnel interactions were brief and curt.

Floors were nasty and the base boards look like they have never been cleaned. I dont thi k tge shower had since it had spider webs. We stay there only because we have no other choices in Selmer, Tn.

This property has been several brands over the last few years. They have made some much needed improvements (replaced carpet with LVP, upgraded the bathrooms, replaced linens). They used to provide a continental breakfast, but that has not come back since COVID.

Desk attendant was not friendly or welcoming. Never offered Wi-Fi information, etc. Was skeptical when I said no pet would be in the room. Said my ******* prepayment etc was denied.

We paid for everything before we got there through *********. Then when we got there, they charged us extra and said that ********* didn’t pay for everything.

I stayed here for one night. Room was okay not real clean. Had to put up a deposit on the room checked out the next morning no one at front desk to get deposit back. Took 2 days to get the deposit back.

Did not like not having a breakfast situation as the property had this service in the past. Inconvenient not to have this service. The property is equipped for this service.

The booking ad said there wud be a complimentary breakfast. There was NOT. We were still in our room one morning when the maid arrived. She said she wud come back later. She did not. Our room was adequate but ... drab ... with walls painted a dark color, a bit 'depressing'. The room was clean, bedding fairly new, bathroom updated, hair dryer, hot water pot for tea, instant coffee. Overall - acceptable but not great.

The front office staff would not change my booking because they said they had no rooms available for the day i wanted. It showed online that she had available rooms & i told them that but they said they didnt & didn't know why ******* put that they did.
