Arrived to check in only to find you could not enter the hotel from the front entrance. After trying for 10 minutes to figure out where to go, the front desk clerk finally stuck her head out and told me I had to go all the way to the back of hotel, walk from there to the front desk, check in, then park in front of hotel, walk back to get a cart, then walk back to the back of the hotel to go to your room. I have mobility issues and cannot do all that walking. I ended up going to another hotel. What a waste of time and money. Add to the fact that there is only one ice machine for whole hotel and no way the bed I slept in the previous week during my stay was for a handicapped person, it will be a long time until I stay at this hotel again.
