Excellent throughout, although not perfect. The bathroom could have been better. It had no hooks for clothes or horizontal surfaces for cosmetics. The floor was cold. The shower floor was not anti-skid, and there were no hand rails. The shower water control was located such that your arm was sprayed with cold water as it was tuned on.

Clean, simple room in a convenient location for a very reasonable price. Normally stay in Auburn when coming to visit family and tried The Gould just as a change of pace. Significantly better hotel option than anything in Auburn in my opinion. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Second time we have stayed at this property and I can’t speak highly enough about the staff, especially the manager. They are very accommodating and helpful. The room itself is very clean both high ceilings and updated fixtures. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Very nice staff, historic. I imagined the town would have shops, restaurants. There are some but clearly the town has seen better days.

Had a wonderful stay. The tv needs updated but understandable. The room was beautifully remodeled. Felt comfortable. Manager was wonderful and understanding when some of our family had to leave for their sick child.

We love coming to Seneca Falls and love staying at the Gould Hotel when it's convenient. This time was especially great for to the fact that the price was more affordable and our room was more spacious. Love it!!

The staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful. The chandelier in our room was broken but not a big deal.

Everything was really nice. The GM was very customer friendly as well. There was one rude employee in the whole place—older gentleman running the desk earlier in the day—but we didn’t let his bad attitude ruin our stay and the place is very clean and beautiful and we will come back!

The Gould Hotel is a gem in a quaint little town. This was our second stay. The price is very reasonable and you are downtown to walk places easily. The rooms have been updated, mattresses comfortable and the bar/restaurant service is very good and convenient. Just cold breakfast but included. The coffee at the restaurant is terrible-so drink alternative or use the Keurig in the room.

The property was as described and we were happy we stayed at the Gould. However, at this time of the year there was very little open in the area. The hotel itself was extremely quiet so we passed on meals because we did not want to be the only ones dining. Our room was fine but a comfortable chair would have been nice. Only one chair ( folding) was in the room which meant sitting on the bed. Also, the microwave did not work. Again, generally The Gould met our expectations.

We’ve stayed here a number of times and love it. Our room was fantastic, but my only criticism would be the water pressure in the shower is terrible. The food in the restaurant is excellent, but the bar staff doesn’t onow what they’re doing. Ordered a Negroni and the head bartender, who was training a new hire, proceeded to give me a shaken Negroni topped with club soda. The Campari was full of fruit flies, as was my drink. Bar/restaurant are not part of the hotel.

Beautiful property. Would have given the staff 4 stars but I did not appreciate the call at 11:01 am stating we needed to leave by 11 when we were almost out the door. Tasteless

Love the hotel and staff as always! It may be time for a mattress upgrade as the bed was not very comfortable and seemed to sink in the middle.

Was a good stay. The evening staff told us there was breakfast in the morning, we went down for it to be told that they DonMt do breakfast when the hotel is quiet.
