What a Pleasant Surprise! We stayed at Ramada, first time, only one night… We will be back! Very cool Individual, who runs the place and his Beautiful Jax, a House Greeter, who loves His chest scratched and tummy rubbed! Location is Perfect and one minute from Highway 101. See you soon!

The stay was pleasant and quite. Will return when I visit the area again

Jade was very helpful. In the breakfast area there weren’t any trays. I tried to take my husband his breakfast to our room, which was in another building. I dropped everything on the sidewalk. A tray would have avoided this. The hotel didn’t quite live up to the brand. It gave the impression of being cheap. The mini muffins were cut in half, no half and half or cream for the coffee. That sort of thing. The hotel was serviceable and overall comfortable.

The first room we checked into had black mold in the fridge. We asked if we could move to a downstairs room and the staff was accommodating. The second room was clean but did have a few issues - a leaking fridge, a bath tub that doesn’t hold water and continually drains. Due to booking on *******, staff was unable to extend my stay on their computer. I had to rebook myself and they required I pay the $100 deposit twice. That could be improved. We really appreciated the staff members we interacted with, all friendly and helpful excluding the manager. We appreciated the continental breakfast and the hotels close proximity to gas, restaurants, and a grocery store.

The rooms were on 2 wings separate from the building and accessiblefrom the outside via stairs, no elevator. Pictures were misleading. We checked in and went to our room, and somebody was in it. The tv was on, bed a mess and trash on the counter. We left immediately and checked out. Never again.

I have been staying at this hotel since it first opened. I like the location and quietness of it. Also it is close to many family members and friends. This time was at the nearby family farm on Foster, in Arcata, for a Memorial to a family member, a great family gathering. Also spent another whole day with my 83 year old cousin who couldn’t attend due to a recently broken leg. I live in the Bay Area and don’t get to visit my Humboldt family very often. Always thankful to be able to stay at this Ramada.

Our Ramada stay met our expectations. The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very generous with hot entrees included. The location was very convenient to the highway and quiet.

There was some kind of noise room 232, when we got I around 9:00 pm , but when I woke up at 2pm it had stop.

I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator and no 1st floor rooms were available. The hallway carpets are very stained. The towels are thin. I expected brtter from a Ramada inn.

There is a nice Mexican restaurant nearby. The staff was very helpful in getting the TV to work.

Needed a room for a few days as we were visiting family. After driving for seven hours, we were allowed an early check in which was greatly appreciated. Didn’t spend a ton of time at the room, but the beds were comfortable. Coffee was good. Staff was accommodating. Enjoyed meeting Jack the husky as we checked in. Will return again.

we enjoyed our stay. the bed was comfortable. very quiet neighborhood. breakfast very good, though i wished they used real eggs rather than powered. the room had been renovated some years ago and needed some touch ups. the price was very good. good location, close enough to eureka and close to the beaches. we would definitely use it again.

Got my room, tv didn't turn on, refrigerator made a bad noise and water was leaking out from frost melting I assume. Requested a new room, that room had no issues.
