My husband, seven year old daughter and me enjoyed three fantastic nights here. This is a beautiful resort and is perfect for families. I definitely wouldn't recommend it as a romantic place for a couple, there are kids everywhere. Our room was bigger than expected with a nice space to sit down and a balcony. The main feature is the very impressive outdoor pool. I often find resort pools on the cold side around the world, however, the pool temperature is perfect, you won't want to get out. There are also three spas/jaquizzes if you want to get warmer. They do have a strict rule of all kids under 130cms have to wear a life jacket. My daughter wasn't impressed with this. The life guards are also very strict and there were lots of blowing of whistles and telling offs, so make sure you play by the rules. Also, I am not sure if it is a cultural or a sun smart thing, but I noticed that Korean men and women cover up a lot when in the pool. It didn't bother me, but bikinis are generally only seen on foreigners. No one will be rude or stare at you if you wear a bikini, it is just an observation. We didn't eat at all at the resort as it was super expensive. We went to the local bagel place for breakfast and up the road for lunch and dinner. There are plenty of tasty and affordable options around. My daughter wasn't keen to be left at the kids club so we didn't try it. We did go bowling and that was fun. We got the free shuttle bus back to the airport (book in advance) and that saved us some $ and was a really nice bus. The resort green washes as an excuse to save money. For example, it won't provide you with a toothbrush in your room, but is happy to sell you one. I highly recommend this resort for families to have some fun in the sun. It has everything you need. I didn't give the resort 5 stars as it does look a bit tired in places. There is missing paint and stuff peeling off everywhere and tiles missing in our bathroom. It didn't spoil our holiday, but was noticeable enough. I will be recommending this place to families wanting a fun time in Jeju.
Our room was in a main “old” building. The walls in the hallway are dirty, the carpet is dirty too. You can see that everything is outdated. I haven't been in the annex building. I can't tell you what it looks like there. The breakfast is very good. The view of the sea is very beautiful. The pool and jacuzzi are cool. It cost 35€ to get to the hotel from the airport by UBER taxi. UBER works great. Loved the ravioli at Martin house restaurant next to the hotel.
This hotel has amazing suites. We had a 2 room, 2 bathroom suite. Although online it says 3… that’s a misprint. The rooms were private, soundproof and enjoyable. The view is gorgeous and we enjoyed the extremely warm pool as we napped the afternoon away. They say pool bar, however you order from a QR code on a table, from a small bar that is inside. (Tip) the CU is across the street. Pick up a few drinks. Breakfast was nice, with something for everyone. The last seating was 10 but they don’t replace anything after 10. So if you want variety get there much earlier. We did a short walk to the beach and enjoyed a 3km walk to more sites. I would definitely come back to this hotel. Service is wonderful!
