Nice hotel located near square with a master staircase upon entrance and sitting area. We had trouble with getting TV working, the minibar was empty and turned off (warm inside) and everything except heaters were plugged in so it wasn't like it wasn't plugged in; No AC but we had a large room since we had the triple room; they did offer slippers, shampoo, shower gel, hair dryer, dental kit, toothbrushes and 2 towels per bed; the room also had a table with 4 chairs and a nice spacious bathroom; They advertise ”pool” so when I asked where it was, I was told it wasn't a swimming pool, more like sauna/jacuzzi for 10000 drams and in order to use it, you have to tell them an hour before so they can heat it up.

We had nights to spend in Gyumri due to business and we booked Berlin Art Hotel. Location is perfect, although there were road works around the hotel and it was not that easy to move around. Hotel has specious rooms, which are clean and provide the basics. I hate shower cabin with a curtain, which is more Scandinavian style, otherwise bathrooms are clean and serve the purpose. Breakfast is rather basic but descent, staff at the reception is very helpful. For the price you pay you get proper service and descent stay. In the corridor there are some spaces where you can have seat and chat with friends, you can also get a bottle of wine and some snacks if you are lazy to move out to the city.
