Generally very good! We arrived a little earlier, we called the hotel to ask whether we can check in earlier, they allowed us to do so as they have available cleaned room. There’s a nice restaurant beside the hotel, the receptionist is professional and gentle, also there’re some cookies and drinks at the check in lobby. The room is great, clean, the bed is comfortable to sleep, the bathroom with all Dove toiletries which I really like. The swimming pool is also nice as the water is clean, kids have a lot of fun there. Great experience!

Room and establishment were clean, and after I checked out this morning they called me soon after (I think her name was Stephanie) to let me know I left my dress shirt hanging in the bathroom. Great customer service. Much appreciated communication. I’ll be back!

I was on the first floor. I called the front desk three times to ask for help with the person above running back and forth. The phone eventually hung up. I tried to call the room above me, but was unable to get through. I got dressed and went to the front desk. He told me he could do nothing, and quiet hours start at 10PM. It was 9:30 PM. He also said it’s only going to get louder. I have 15 more people to check in so there will be lots of noise. I did not hear that noise, but the running above me went on until at least 10:30. Then is start at 7 in the morning again.

I called ahead to tell them we have a large trike and they said no problem they could store it in a meeting room. When we checked in they said oh if it doesn’t fit in your room we’ll store it but we are 70 and it was really difficult turning the tight corners into elevator and room. I thought the front desk should of allowed us to store it on the first floor

A solid option but overpriced as a last minute option when other plans fell through at nearly $300 a night with fees. Excellent hot breakfast. Indoor pool and spa was busy so we never tried. We saw the rooftop and massage chairs which also were superfluous. Parking was full in front and near doors which was a problem for a broken foot. Staff were able to help secure a room near the entrance to limit walking. Decent stay for Sequim, but nothing too fancy. A business class hotel. Black Bear Diner shares the main parking lot.

The front desk crew - Kiara and Chelsea - were super nice and it was a breeze to check in! My room was super clean...after a round of golf at Sunland, it was so relaxing to soak in the jacuzzi...before I went in, I met Keith who made sure the jacuzzi is luxurious to use....this hotel is my go-to place whenever I play golf either at Cedars or Sunland....keep up the good work!

Property was clean I love the upstairs garden area was very pretty and relaxing, no complaints, staff was nice everything good. Yes I would recommend this place and what was really nice is the Black Bear diner was right across the parking lot and it was cozy with a little outdoor fireplace.

This Hotel is top notch! Attention to cleanliness was evident, beds were very comfortable and the overall presentation was refreshing. The pool size and temperature was just right for us and seemed expertly maintained (not over chlorinated like other hotels we've stayed at). Small details made a difference too! ALL hotel staff greeted us with a smile and hello as they went about their duties. Our daughter was delighted to receive a balloon animal during one morning's breakfast! (She had such a great overall experience that she was in tears about having to leave).
