格魯梅提保護區遷移營(Grumeti Migration Camp)

Espectacular! Todo en este hotel tiene muchos detalles lindos y especiales. El personal súper amable en especial Norman. A pesar que hotel no queda dentro Parque Serengeti la ubicación es perfecta y no tienes que pagar el fee por quedarte dentro del parque.

This camp has amazing facilities, you easily forget that you are in the middle of a reserve parc (you even have a pool). But still intimate, with 10 or so tents, which makes it a really special experience. Recently remodeled / refurbished, tastefully decorated. Remarcable cuisine, wonderful social area with an magical view of the savanna

This is definitely the best place I stay at during my holiday to Kenya & Tanzania. I loved the room! We were given one which was on the upper level overlooking the greeneries. Also meant that we were safer from animals (haha). The room was very comfortable. There was an outdoor shower which was really refreshing. Say by the balcony for the whole evening, enjoying the view. Look up at night because the stars were beautiful! Food was great too! The lamb was the best dish we had!

The place looks ok, rooms were nice enough, food was okay. However, we all got bitten by bed bugs, luckily only stayed here for 1 night which was enough as had enough blood eaten by the bugs. Management need to ensure that the mattresses are sprayed with insecticide for the mattresses and are put out in the sun to kill any germs. Staff were friendly. Would recommend skipping a night here, the surroundings were not great to be fair and did not see much wildlife.

This was a wonderful place to stay and we'd very happily stay here again. The rooms were of good quality: sizable, with all the necessary facilities, a fantastic view over the African plains, right from your queen size bed, and good sanitary facilities (toilets/sinks/inside and outside showers)/ The food was very good: meats and vegetables had a wonderful organic flavour to them and special dietary wishes were all taken into account by the chef. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help out. The camp is located right in a nature reserve, which is exactly the experience we came for. We'd often see the buffalo near our tents at night, as they seek out the camp for protection from nocturnal predators. The same nocturnal predators, lions and hyena's, could be heard lurking around the camp at night. Of course there's no real danger, as there's always camp security around to guide you to your tents and to keep the place safe. You're really camping in the wilderness, with all the benefits of camping, and none of the discomforts! It was an unforgettable experience for us and we'd love to do it all over again.

We traveled all the way from the US to see the wild animals of Africa. The animals are all around this camp!! We were excited to observe the thousands of wildebeest pass right in front of the camp. We became even more excited as we watched a pride of lions from the porch of our tent. Our tent was comfortable and the food was good, but it was the animals that make the Grumeti Migration Camp be at the top of our list. I would love to go there again!!!

This camp is nicely situated on a hill and overlooking a great part of the plains where you can see a kind of mini migrations all year around. The grumeti river attracts all kind of animals and you are allowed to drive off road, which greatly improves the safari experience. The tents are spacious and good, the beds excellent. At night a lot f animals around the camp, the guards guarantee a safe sleep. There is a pool and some small parts could use some maintenance. But they are working on that. Staff is fantastic and so is the food. We can recommend this lodge for sure! Make sure you book a tent on the hill and not at the base, then you will have the best view ;-)

If you’re into nature and want to experience the sounds and atmosphere of the African jungle this is the place to be. The night is filled with sounds of lion, hyena, wilderbeast and zebra that at times makes you wonder about safety but you’re in good hands, the staff is always ready to assist you with any concern and very helpful within their limits; is the jungle so don’t expect Hilton facilities; basic clean accommodations with great staff.

Amazing, kind and professional staff. Accomodated every request and views of wildlife are wonderful. Saw zebras, lions, giraffes up close from the hotel. Very safe and clean camp/hotel. Security escorted us every morning and evening.
