塞倫蓋蒂野外露營地(Serengeti Wild Camp)

Tout d’abord les points positifs : - la localisation au cœur du Serengeti permet une expérience immersive dans la nature. - le personnel sympathique et dévoué comme tous les tanzaniens que nous avons rencontrés - le wifi de qualité. Maintenant les points négatifs : - le camp n’est pas aussi prêt du air***** qu’annoncé (16km et pas 7km !). C’est clairement mensonger. - La localisation du camp sur maps.me et Google maps sont erronées. Or nous avons passé la journée de notre arrivée à écrire pour avoir des précisions sur le lieu et l’accès. La seule réponse étant “your welcome” (avec cette faute). Pas d’une très grande aide. On a perdu plus d’1h à chercher alors que de simples coordonnées gps nous auraient sauvées. - La qualité du resto correcte mais sans plus. - Le panier repas pour le midi pitoyable (1 œuf dur, 1 bout de poulet tout petit, 2 morceaux de pain avec du miel, des cacahuètes, une sorte de petit gâteau) dont 1 fois sans boisson. - Pas d’eau dans la tente pour se laver les dents ou boire sur les 2 jours de séjour. - Un équipement de la tente minimaliste (ex : 1 seule ampoule au plafond commandé par 1 interrupteur à l’entrée. On éteint puis on va se coucher à la lumière de son téléphone). - Salle de bain très sombre (on a pris notre douche à lumière de la lampe torche que nous avions apporté) - Un manager qui se trompe dans le calcul de la surcharge pour paiement CB (pour lui 9$ + 4% = 10.4$) À noter que je formule ces critiques en comparaison avec 3 autres camps du même type dans des parcs nationaux tanzaniens, et évidemment pas en comparant avec un hôtel dans un contexte urbanisé occidental. Bref un environnement de rêve, un super potentiel, mais mal géré…

We found the most beautiful and unique place to stay in Serengeti. The rooms are almost like the Mongolian yurts, tastefully furnished with a great bed, ensuite with a shower, WC toilet and a nice patio for watching the Serengeti sunsets. Food was always fresh and tasty, and the staff are true ambassadors with their excellent hosting and attentive to a fault. Luxury in the bush was special and I have a strong recommendation.

We were surrounded by nature and animals, it was AWESOOOOME!!! We stayed here for one night and we loved this place and we will be back here again. The tents are beautiful and well decorated, the staff here were absolutely helpful they went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay…

Der Aufenthalt im luxuriösen Serengeti Wild Camp war wunderbar. Es ist meine Top-Safari-Lodge in Tansania. Es ist meine Top-Safari-Lodge in Tansania. Die Zeltzimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügen über alle Annehmlichkeiten eines Stadthotels mitten in der Serengeti. Alle Angestellten waren wirklich bemüht, uns zu helfen, unseren Aufenthalt spe zu machencial. Das Essen war außergewöhnlich gut, die unvergesslichen Sonnenuntergänge und sternenklaren Abende über Serengeti-TV (abendliches Lagerfeuer). Ich würde gerne wiederkommen

Serengeti wild camp is a place where by is located in central park of serengeti national park am so happy to in the part of friend to be in that place also i call that place is home of hospitality because of that cares.

We stayed 1 night in this camp, and we were only 4 guests that night. At first, I was kind of scared to stay in the tent for the night, because it doesn't seem safe against wild animals, and also because I'm super scared of spiders. But the staff was very helpful and reassuring. Thank you Nobert for your kindness. Our tent was higher than the floor, with comfy beds, fully equipped, and we even got WIFI in the tent ! Bathroom was not bright enough was with running hot water and flushed toilets. Food was good. We could hear animals overnight, mostly hyenas. This experience was amazing !

We had a fabulous two night stay at the Serengeti Wild Camp and would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants to experience camping in the wild. The tents were beautifully presented and had everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay. The staff were all extremely friendly and hard working and made us feel very welcome. The food was fantastic - on the first night, we were served a three course meal that I would have been very happy ordering in a restaurant at home and on the second night there was a buffet, which once again was delicious. After our morning safari on our second day, we were the only guests at the camp and the staff had kindly set up a lunch table for us under the shade of an Acacia tree, which was such a lovely touch. I am a pescatarian and there was plenty for me to eat at all meals. As the camp is literally in the Serengeti, there are wild animals around the camp, which you can hear at night with the lions, hyenas and wildebeest - when it gets dark, you are escorted to and from your tent by a member of staff to ensure your safety and this was very reassuring. Thank you to all of the members of staff who provided us with such a memorable stay.
