孔蒂魯傑羅酒店(Hotel Conte Ruggero)

Pochi sono gli hotel di livello nelle zone turistiche della Calabria, è il Conte Ruggero è uno di questi. Hotel ben organizzato, con tutti i confort che un 3 stelle può avere. Le camere sono moderne e confortevoli, il personale molto gentile e disponibile, la colazione ottima (prodotti dolci e su richiesta, ma compresi nel prezzo, salati come uova panini ecc). Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e non posso che fare i complimenti a tutto lo staff. Se vi trovate da queste parti l’unica scelta non può che essere il Conte Ruggero.

Eccellente posizione al centro del paese in ztl . Stanza confortevole , pulita con mini bar fornito. Personale accogliente e disponibile, colazione in terrazza ottima e abbondante. Parcheggio semplice e nelle strette vicinanze. Paese vivace

Location perfetta nel centro della città e a pochi minuti di macchina dalla Serra e la Certosa. Il terrazzo dove si fa la colazione è meraviglioso. Personale gentile e professionale. Nelle vicinanze c'è anche un grande parcheggio, ca. 1 min a piedi. Consiglio questo hotel.

Terrible experience. Incorrect accommodations from the start. They advertised room for 2 Adults two children, One bunkbed and a double, with air conditioning. No bunk bed and air conditioner not working. Not even enough room to place a luggage on the floor. Solution was to split up my family, move one person, and pay for another room!! seriously? Rooms are extremely small you feel like sardines in a hot tin can. Solution to air not working was to open the one small window in a cubby corner, leave the bathroom door open with that window open, and in the evening it cools down!! not in 40 degree weather with no wind! Situated across from a bar, and leaving the window open doesn't cool you down and all you hear is the music and partying. You did not deliver what you advertised! We had to find other accommodations, it was way too hot to sleep. No refund for the 3 nights we did not stay. We prepaid so ripped off! Find another place to stay, go for a B & B. we thankfully found a much better place to stay. Don't ruin your vacation. Looks aren't always what they seem.

Centrally located. Friendly staff. Clean. Overall great value.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The room is great and has everything you need, the breakfasts were perfect and delicious out on the beautiful terrace with views of the town centre. Most importantly, the staff at the hotel had gone above and beyond for anything I needed! They arranged a car to transport us from Lamezia Terme to Serra San Bruno, as well as helped arrange a ride to Tropea once our time in Serra was done. While in Tropea (＞1.5hrs away by car) the hotel staff called to inform that we had forgotten a pair of seeing glasses in the room. I was willing to consider them a loss as we were unable to return and I would not expect them to be delivered. I also did not want the hotel to pay the cost of our mistake. The staff went on to tell me that they would see if someone was headed to Tropea in the next few days and get back to me. They called that evening and sent the glasses with an individual to drop off where we were staying in Tropea. I could not believe that service! As I said before, the staff constantly went above and beyond with everything they did. I would HIGHLY recommend staying at this beautiful spot if traveling to Serra San Bruno. I know I certainly will be again in the future!

Bed and pillows were terrible This is the only complaint I have a memory foam topper and new pillows would have changed our experience
