奧茲水療酒店(Oz'Inn Hotel & Spa)

I haven't stayed in the bedrooms at the Oz'Inn, but did have the pleasure of using the Oz'Inn's sundeck and large jacuzzi for several days as a guest of the neighbouring 4* Natureva spa hotel, which is under the same ownership. Whereas the rest of the village has a typical age range of around 45 to 65, it's noticeably younger at the Oz'Inn, perhaps 35 to 55. If you fit into this latter age range, then Oz'Inn could be a particularly appealing place to stay. The Natureva has very limited reception opening times, outside which guests have to check in at the Oz'Inn. The Oz'Inn reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and it was they who helpfully advised about both hotels' facilities being available to guests of both hotels. The Oz'Inn has a very nice rooftop sundeck and large jacuzzi, with bar service. The staff are extremely attentive and one never has to wait long to be served. However, the music was a little intrusive at times, often very repetitive clubbing music, which was too loud to relax properly. On the sundeck, there is plenty of intimacy between couples, including some subtle but minor sexual activity. It's quite mild compared to Baie des Cochons. Guests at the Oz'inn can use the facilities at the neighbouring 4* Natureva spa hotel, including its indoor pool, where such activity is not allowed. There is one easy improvement that the hotel could make to the sundeck. Most people who want to sunbathe prefer the north side (facing south) on an open bed without the four posts and partial roof. People who want to shelter from the sun on a bed with a partial roof would be happy on the south side (facing north). So please put all the open beds on the north side (facing south) and all the beds with a partial roof on the south side (facing north). The internet at the Oz'inn is impressively around 300-400Mbps.

Hotel was disappointing. We booked the largest suite with the rooftop terrace that we were not allowed to use. They told us it had safety issues. So we paid for the terrace but got no terrace and no reduction in price. The shower did not drain so flooded every time we took a shower, even when it was just 5 minutes. The hot tub in the room also leaked which explains the sewage smell. The staff knew. We saw them open all the windows and terrace doors when they were cleaning. The smell was wretched. We had to sleep with the windows and terrace door open which lead to lots of mosquitos and horrible bites. We left two nights early knowing we wouldn’t get a refund but they still charged us all the taxes. Don’t do the hotel breakfast. Not worth the €25 per person. Going in September meant the bar upstairs had no attendant. You have to call down to have them bring anything up. Not something you expect from a 5 star hotel. It was truly a 4 star hotel that needs a lot of maintenance.

Séjour du 15 au 20 septembre 2023.Très bon accueil, avec un remerciement à l'ENSEMBLE du personnel pour sa disponibilité, son amabilité et sa bonne humeur ; vraiment ! Toujours un "bonjour", cela change de pas mal d'autres hôtels. Chambre de luxe conforme au site internet, très propre, serviettes changées tous les jours et draps changés pendant notre séjour. Bar complété gratuitement (sans alcool). Petit-déjeuner au top et à volonté. Le roof top (un peu limité en place) avec jacuzzi et serviettes fournies..super. Bémol quand même mais qui pour nous a été plutôt désagréable. Nous avions la chambre 205 en dessous du roof top et le samedi soir il y a une soirée organisée avec musique et dj. (Zim Boom...ce n'est pas le genre de musique que nous apprécions) Nous y avons quand même participé indirectement car musique très forte et donc impossible de dormir jusqu'à 5 h du matin. Je pense que l'hôtel n'a pas la structure prévue pour l'insonorisation de ce type d'événement. c'est dommage. Malgré tout, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet établissement, mais plus un samedi...ou alors il faudra nous proposer une chambre éloignée du roof top.

Das Oz Inn bietet uns das perfekte Premium Ambiente, uns als Paar unter freiem Himmel zu geniessen. Savoir vivre, genau um das gehts in diesem Hotel. Ich bekomme dort mit meiner Frau alles, was mir in diesem Leben Energie gibt. Es liegt strategisch perfekt im Village. Das Highlight ist die Rooftop Bar. Du triffst dort super spannende Paare, oft Unternehmer. Das ermöglicht sehr intrresante Gespräche und Erlebnisse. Absolut respektvoll. We love this Hotel.

Un lieu unique, magique, comme il n en existe pas ailleurs sur le village. Un vaisseau amiral, dont le pont principal est un lieu de rencontre privilégié. Des soirées de qualité avec une très belle clientèle, un grand bravo aux artistes Performers sur le jacuzzi.m géant. Le lieu incontournable pour des rencontres de qualité dans une ambiance unique au Cap d Agde 🔥🔥🔥❤️❤️❤️

We visited the area for the first time and choose this hotel this June/July for 4 nights. The hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable and cool. Bar and rooftop area are a great place to hang out and enjoy, although not a lot of shade during the day. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel and you can enjoy spa options at the sister resort within minutes.

Comme je l’indique dans le titre , cet hôtel n’est pas un 5 étoiles, tout au plus un petit 4 Points positifs : Un personnel très disponible et d’une extrême gentillesse Très bien entretenu Points négatifs : Chambre dépourvue de rangements pour les vêtements hormis une micro penderie Ciel de douche non fonctionnel Une soirée roof top organisée samedi dernier avec accès gratuit ouvert au public entraînant des allées et venues dans l’ensemble de l’hôtel, et beaucoup de bruit empéchant de fermer l’œil avant 1:30 du matin Nous avions l’habitude de fréquenter l’autre hôtel du village dans lequel nous retournerons. Il est plus calme et à un bien meilleur rapport qualité prix

I don’t understand how they possibly can justify the cost. For this price, drinks, breakfast and onsite entertainment should all be provided. There is no reason to pay such exorbitant rates for such little return.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 9 jours. L’infrastructure est de belle qualité. Cependant l’Oz’inn est sans vie. Pas de barman en soirée, le bar du rooftop est fermé en fin de journée, … L’hôtel est annoncé 5 étoiles, it’s a joke. Le personnel de bonne volonté est insuffisant et sous qualifié. Ne sollicitez aucun service. Le service pressing est désastreux, du jamais vu (linge non repassé). Problème de parking réservé au préalable. Un catering anormalement basique lors des soirées à thème. Je ne continue pas la liste des manquements. Cet hôtel était complet, il y a donc de la demande. Il est regrettable qu’au niveau de la direction, il n’y ait pas de volonté de bien faire, juste de rentabiliser à outrance. Pour conclure, une nuit supplémentaire aurait été facturée à 700 euros alors que par curiosité, même nuit sur *********** à 290 euros pour chambre identique ! Nous aurions pu vivre un bien meilleur séjour avec un peu de professionnalisme et un service en accord avec le tarif.
