特里亞那之家民宿(Triana House)

Hotelito de esos "con encanto". Son tres casas contiguas de la misma calle. Me llamaron para saber la hora de llegada, ya que no había recepción a partir de las 23:00. La recepcionista me acompañó a la habitación, que estaba en otra casa. Había un detalle de bienvenida (queso cortado, agua, infusiones, etc) y aunque la habitación es un poco pequeña, era muy acogedora. Es muy posible que repita este hotel cuando vuelva a Sevilla.

Hôtel absolument charmant au cœur d’un quartier authentique. L’accueil y est vraiment attentif. La décoration est originale et recherchée. Par contre, il est préférable de ne pas venir en voiture : il n’y a pas de place de stationnement même pour décharger les valises et il faut utiliser un parking public. Quant à la chambre, même si elle est charmante, elle est très exiguë. Ne pas venir avec de grosses valises.0

Precioso hotel en el barrio de Triana. Buena ubicación, espectacular atención y magnífico desayuno. La habitación no es amplia, pero la cama está muy bien. Baño correcto y limpieza máxima. Guardaremos un gran recuerdo de nuestra estancia.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Triana House, un petit bijou à découvrir. Les chambres sont chaleureuses, toutes différentes. Le personnel très accueillant, et serviable. Le petit déjeuner délicieux. Juste dommage qu il n’y aie pas de chaufferettes sur la terrasse, car i l faut vraiment froid en décembre, pour manger à l’extérieur. Il n’y a pas de salle à manger intérieur.

Una gran experiencia, excelente servicio y muchísimos detalles. Nos encantó!!! Agradecemos todas sus grandísimas atenciones, esperamos volver pronto a Sevilla y volveremos seguro a hospedarnos con ustedes. Todos fueron muy atentos y dispuestos a darnos la mejor experiencia.

This is a gem of a boutique hotel in the heart of the beautiful neighbourhood of Triana. We had booked 2 rooms (Napoli & Beijing) and both had very elegant and luxurious interiors. During our stay we were looked after by Rocio and Ana who made our stay very pleasant and were attentive to our requests. We were also offered room upgrades and welcome drinks on our arrival! Special thanks to Rocio for being very helpful and for her kind service. Not only she arranged for water & fresh juice for our journey back but also offered us a beautiful candle. I look forward to coming back to this hotel and city and staying again with Triana house!

We stayed in the B&B for one night an we got a different room than showed on the picture when we booked at the B&B's website. The room was located at the ground floor next to the hallway, where the heavy door the street opens. All the people going up the stairs pass along this room, so this wasn't pleasant during the morning and in the middle of the night. It's also located at the street where people and sometimes a car was passing by, so hard to sleep with the window open. The room and the entrance at the hotel are beautiful and the ladies of the reception are friendly! However, once you check-in you receive a door tag to write down your wishes for the breakfast. Good system, because less spilling, but they collect the hangers late at the evening or (in our case) early in the morning. So we woke up around 7.15AM at Sunday morning, because the door tags were collected from all the rooms to prepare the breakfast. I would suggest to change the time, because it's not really nice for the people in room London. The breakfast is sufficient and better than I expected from the choices you have. And a big thank you to the staff who made a special effort for our wedding anniversary!

Loved the quiet neighborhood…felt like a local resident …only minutes from bridges and restaurants easily accessible to the more touristy areas within a 15 minute walk. Accommodations were clean, with lots of light and an incredibly knowledgeable and personal staff. Loved!

Établissement situé dans le quartier de Triana à 20 minutes à pied du centre historique. Quartier agréable avec de nombreux bars et restaurants. Accueil très sympathique et serviable. Les chambres sont petites mais on le sait lors de la sélection . Le problème est la salle de bains, petite et sombre. Pas d’étagère pour poser les affaires de toilette ni de crochet pour suspendre les vêtements. Ce n’est pas grand chose mais cela change le confort du quotidien, surtout lorsque l’on séjourne plusieurs jours. Le deuxième point pouvant être à déplorer est l’absence de mini frigo, il fait chaud à Seville et boire frais serait vraiment appréciable. Petit déjeuner très basique: pain, beurre,confiture, quelques fruits coupés un jus d.orange et un gâteau.Servi en chambre pour une dégustation en terrasse c’est plutôt agréable.Enfin, nombreux escaliers , il faut le savoir…A 280€ la nuit ,on a vu mieux.
