羅安達阿雷納爾(Lukanda Arenal)

Das Apartment war sehr gut gelegen. Zum historischen Stadtzentrum konnte in wenigen Minuten laufen. In der Umgebung fanden sich einige Restaurants, die Fluss-Promenade aber auch der Busbahnhof für Ausflüge in die Umgehung. Das Apartment selbst war stilvoll eingerichtet, nicht zu klein und mit Kühlschrank/ Nespresso ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage war sehr gut und kühlte den Raum, trotz der Hitze, hervorragend herunter.

L’appartamento veramente accogliente e arredato con gusto. L’ host Rocio sempre attenta e disponibile. La location e a pochi passi dal ponte di Elisabetta II oltre il quale c’è il caratteristico quartiere di Triana. In 10 minuti di cammino si raggiungono i principali siti di interesse nel centro storico. Adiacente la struttura anche un comodo bazar/market cinese.

Overall it was very clean and conveniently located, walking distance to restaurants, down town, flamenco show, etc. the only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because the main door entrance can be heard every time somebody uses it, basically it is slammed to close, even though there is a sign asking to close carefully but people seem to ignore it. Be aware that in order to get to the second floor you need to go 42 steps up in a narrow staircase, there is no elevator so travel light if you can.

Lukanda Arenal has a great location. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We very much enjoyed the dining options near the room and the central location made everywhere walkable.

Quaint hotel with a nice room and easy walking around. No elevator. Staff were super helpful.

We stayed in the Green apartment with a large rooftop terrace. Great location, walking distance to the bus station & many cafes, the bullring, downtown shops etc Clean, spacious & comfortable. No china cups, though, only paper cups for tea & coffee-making. Otherwise perfect. Host was rapidly responsive to all our queries, too.

Great location close to the pedestrian centre but it was impossible to find a free parking (the closest one costed us 30€ for 1 and a half days). The room was well furnished and clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower pretty spacious. The only negative aspect was the bad smell coming from the bathroom, maybe from a weak plumbing system. The recommendations provided have been very helpful to experience Seville at its best.

The place is absolutely gorgeous and well located. The property management is pretty well done and organized. Everything went really smoothly, I definitely recommend this place.

The location is perfect. Room is clean. The automatic checkin was smooth.
