皮內羅宮酒店(Palacio Pinello)

This is a generally pleasant hotel, easy walking distance from the Alcazar and cathedral and with lots of local nightlife at close quarters. The rooms are clean and the breakfast - a la carte and included in room rate - was good. However, my room was not soundproofed and there was a lot of noise from both outside and within the hotel (from an event held within the hotel) which was not restful. Otherwise, a good stay.

The property was central and in easy reach of many attractions and restaurants. The room was slightly smaller than expected and needed a little more lighting. The hotel staff were all very good and the in house restaurant was very enjoyable. The menu was extensive but you could only choose the Tapas options if you wanted to eat at the bar. The roof bar was enjoyable but you paid a premium for the drinks.

We stayed 5 nights at this friendly boutique hotel which is fantastically located for all the major sights. The two ladies on the front desk were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, advising on day trips and also assisting when we wanted to change room after the first night (no.4 has a window that opens onto the cobbled street outside and with no double gazing, it was too noisy for us). It’s a small hotel, so you sometimes have to be patient with the service in the bars, but everyone is very kind and hardworking. Really recommended.

Nice hotel in a perfect location,with helpful friendly staff. We would have liked a tea/coffee pot in our room or self service in the lobby instead of sit down. A bit mote counter space in the bathroom would be help,but I would highly recommend this hotel. Love the location but I wouldn’t recommend driving since its in a cute historic section of narrow streets which I loved

The streets around the hotel are not suitable for driving up to it. The hotel should warn would be visitors about it and guide them how to get the hotel perhaps first park at a garage and take a taxi to the hotel as the taxi drivers are more accustomed to the narrow alleyways. They should also have bell boys to bring the luggage from streets where the taxi brings the guests because it can be an ordeal if you have carry or cart the baggage from a distant street where the taxi drops you.

This was such a charming boutique hotel! The staff was wonderful on every level. We came in by air so we didn't have to drive to the hotel. The roads are very narrow and challenging. The hotel contacted us before hand and set up a ride from the airport which was very much appreciated. It was centrally located and easy to walk everywhere. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Atmospheric boutique hotel within 2 minutes walk of the cathedral, etc. For the £200 per night we thought the room was small and lacked basic bathroom amenities and no coffee making facilities. All the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was abysmal though.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. The staff were great. Especially Laura on reception. So friendly and helpful. She even organised a great breakfast picnic for us to take with us because our flight was early in the morning. Thank you so much Laura, it was great😊

We spent 5 nights here Aug 2023 and were very happy with everything about hotel: comfortable beds, great front desk staff, amazing breakfast (not buffet) and an excellent location. One attention to details I would like to mention; we had picked up a bottle of wine for our room and stopped by the front desk to borrow a corkscrew—— got my bottle open and headed back to the room—-I heard knock at the door and there was the front desk person holding 2 wine glasses. Simple classy gesture.
