聖克魯茲套房公寓(Apartamentos Suites Santa Cruz)

Awful, advertised air conditioning in ground floor accommodation along with double bed Air conditioning consisted of a ceiling fan & inadequate vertical standing unit. In 40+ degrees heat!! No double bed, only single, noise atrocious as next to the lobby that has a heavy metal clanging door used by guests on upper floors. It was so bad I was forced into alternative accommodation

The apartment is spacious. The location is excellent as it is right in the old town. It was quite a experience to stay in an old building in a narrow street. The downside of staying in the bottom floor apartment is you hear noises from upstairs all the time such as walking, pulling a chair and dropping things on the floor etc. I also like to point out that the shower did not work very well. Hope it will be fixed for future visitors

The hotel was a little hard to find but it's situated at the heart of Seville's prime locations, which made it very easy to get to places like the Cathedral and the Alcazar. The room was comfortable and luxurious for the price paid and I would recommend this to others!

Me ha gustado mucho el sitio,la ubicación y el apartamento..Hemos estado muy agusto.Si volvemos repetiríamos sin dudarlo.

Onze kennismaking en ervaring met apartamentos Suites Santa Cruz was niet top. Heb ook het idee dat de positieve ervaringen vooral gaan over het hotel. We kwamen in de avond aan en moesten ons melden bij Halo. De inchecken was vriendelijk en we werden. Naar het appartement gebracht. We zagen al snel dat het appartement vies was. Onder het bed lag een laag stof waar een trui van gebreid kon worden, een lege fles en papier. Daar was al geen maanden schoon gemaakt. In de vriezer lag bevroren brood onder een laag ijs van maanden. En we zagen meer dingen. De kluis stond los in de kast en kon onder de arm worden meegenomen. We besloten de volgende ochtend maar melding te maken het was inmiddels middenacht en besloten maar naar bed te gaan. En toen begon de ellende pas echt. De bespoten stonden los bericht en diverse poten waren scheef of verbogen. Het bed danste in de kamer en dat betekende en hel van een nacht. Verder zijn de appartementen oud en gehorig. Er zijn 6 appartementen in het gebouw en je hoort alles van elkaar. Van snurken tot praten en van elka nachtelijk activiteit tot het zetten van koffie. Het appartement is in een belachelijke staat van onderhoud. De föhn was kapot. Een gat in een kast gaf toegang tot een stopcontact. Na onze klachttenregen werd het appartement schoongemaakt en bed gerepareerd. De kluis was al heel lang zo en zou zo blijven volgens de manager?? De broodjes in de vriezer bleven liggen tot de volgende huurders. En ondanks dat we een week bleven moesten we 10 euro betalen voor schone handdoeken. Ivm milieu werd gezegd. Waarom er dan de meest vervuilende nespresso cups gebruikt worden is een raadsel. De locatie is goed en zo ook het functioneren van de verwarming en airco. Ik zou dit appartement niet aanraden.

Place was well located, but hard to check in. Despite what the email communication said to do, we had to read a note left on the door to the place to know to check in at the hotel around the corner. They showed us inside and to our room. The bathroom had some ceiling repairs that were terribly done esthetically, but worked well enough. Lighting was low and limited. Beds didn’t have enough pillows to sit up with, which was necessary because there was limited comfortable seating in the place. They need to fix the kitchen kick plates at the bottoms of the cabinets as they are painted cardboard and there were coffee pods, but no coffee maker that took them.

Apartamento muy bien situado en el centro del barrio de Santa Cruz, limpios y con todo lo necesario, la recepción del apartamento se sitúa al lado, en el Halo Boutique Hotel, el personal de éste es encantador, tuvimos un problema con el apartamento y rápidamente lo solucionaron cambiándonos a otro apartamento próximo y aún mejor, muy contentos con la elección.

Apartamento impoluto,en el centro histórico de Sevilla y a 2 calles de la giralda .Zona muy tranquila para descansar de noche y de día con mucho ambiente para tapear.La recepción de encuentra a lado.Mencion especial a las recepcionistas que se prestaron a guardarnos las maletas durante el día hasta la salida de nuestro vuelo.Sin duda 100% recomendable.Repetiremos
