莉莉代爾約克睡帽酒店(Nightcap at York on Lilydale)

Disappointed firstly the pool was really dirty and cold, even we were there on a warm day, no one can swim in there. We stayed for 2 night but I don’t think our towels get changed. The one hang up on the rack look dirty with spot on them. The service was terrible. We went to the reception to ask to help for printing the parking display that we need for the puffing billy. I know it’s our responsibility but it would be just a one minute job to print out a single sheet of paper. And indeed I was more upset with the attitude rather than the service itself. She could have tell me in a more informative way than say, I have a 20 minutes report to write, early on a Sunday morning. Also tried the bistro bar. Ordered burger for my son, which was not cooked properly and when I let the staff know, she brought back the cash without even asking any question of what our preference was. Salmon salad was bland. We also ordered the mixed platter, most of the food were burnt. Definitely Not gonna come back to either hotel or restaurant.

我們住在莉莉代爾的約克，因為我們去那裡參加演出。我們對房間的好感到非常驚訝。美麗的景色，舒適的床，水療中心很豪華。我住過的最好的酒店之一。如果我不需要工作，我會再住一晚。

It was very clean and was a smooth late check in.

The reason for reviews is to let people know about the place & the staff . Though when it comes to the Nightcap on lilydale, they don’t like negative reviews and then cancel your accommodation and bar you from staying in future, because the comment made was “ the older lady staff member with the grey hair is very rude shouldn’t be working in hospitality “ why ask for reviews if they don’t like the truth ( even if it it a negative point toward the place ) instead of barring the customer they should speak to the rude old staff member with grey hair and Ask her to have manners and respect towards customers. Especially when you’ve just spent close to $1600 on meals drinks and accommodation.

工作人員非常樂於助人，彬彬有禮，友好。設施類似夜總會，當地人夏季輕鬆度假。地理位置優越，方便前往丹德農 (Dandenongs)，然後為外地旅客搭乘火車前往利利代爾 (Lilydale)。

Am Rande der Natur, relativ ruhig, ausser der Sound der Wildnis wird Dich am Morgen wecken. Coole Bar, Familien Restaurant mit viel Kindern. Preis Leistung sehr Ok. Sonntags Livemusik. Tiptop

Great location, easy and safe parking, everything you need is here, friendly staff and nice and quiet for a relaxing weekend getaway.
