Holiday Inn Express 大草原城(Holiday Inn Express Grande Prairie)

Comfortable beds, dove bathroom toiletries, lots of towels, good air conditioning, very prompt reception service. People in room above us returned to their room at 3:00 a.m. and started partying with loud music. Called front desk who immediately went to their room and shut it down however the party restarted a few minutes later slightly quieter.

I had booked a king room as my spouse was meeting me here for a night. I ended up with a 2 double room and they were unable to provide me a king room - not the end of the world. Once I got into the room I had a shower and the curtain has splotches of blood all over it. Otherwise the room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. You could hear people in the rooms around you and footsteps up and down the hallway though all hours of the night. Most likely won’t stay here again.

Very happy with service,cleanliness and helpful staff. Only improvement could have been with room temperature. Set at 23 but felt much cooler.

Micky front desk was awsome to deal with Cleaning staff very helpful and accommodating Marilyn, the breakfast lady is super friendly, all round sweetheart

I always stay here when on business in Grande Prairie. Nice comfortable clean rooms, plenty of parking and a great hot breakfast.

At check in they told me about the customer appreciation with free pizza and beer. I had three small slivers of pizza and when I went back for more, I was basically scowled at by the lady serving for asking for another piece. There was lots left over so I’m not sure what the problem was. Everything else was great.

I didn’t like that there is no decaf coffee in the room! And no utensils in the cupboards! For this price I was not expecting to bring those things from home! But all in all I would give you a 4star!! Love the shower And the bed!

There was a water leakage in the room just above mine. Constant water dripping noise was annoying.

Quick check in and nice rooms…. In the middle of Shopping Area
