Literie agréable,chambre spacieuse café thé à disposition Climatisation aussi Mais la chambre à choisir et celle qui donne sur la piscine avec une terrasse, sinon les autres c’est vraiment juste pour dormir. Il n’y a rien à faire en ce lieu. Si vous ne prenez pas le bateau pour aller sur leur ressort. Oula c’est magnifique l’hôtel est sur une île ,la vue est incroyable ,donc surtout faire la différence entre beachfront et ressort.

Would I recommend to a friend? No. Would I go here again knowing what I know? No. While the resort is the only one on the island, the beaches are open to the public. Every day, hundreds of people would arrive from different resorts on our island. People would come up the stairs to our villa to change clothes. In fact, while we were gone, someone used our toilet but did not flush it - nasty! By the way, the restrooms are located outside. We protested to the resort administration several times. All they stated was that the beaches were open to the public and that there was nothing they could do. They didn't even try to make amends by moving us to another room, giving us a free drink, or anything else... I suppose the reason is that everyone who stays in villas on the east side of the island often complains about how crowded the beach is and how loud, and mostly unsuitable, the music is. If you found my review helpful, please let me know by giving me a thumbs up.

Should be a 7*, not a 5* Absolutely exceptional. As an avid traveller, I have seen my fair share of 5*s. This magical private island far exceeds anything in my wildest imagination. The views and tropical vibes are impeccable. That shows for itself in the many other reviews. However, what sets this resort apart is the service… it is so private, so perfect and so personalised! All of the staff know you by name, they’re aware of your general plans for the day and ensure that you are catered for around your plans. They will go above and beyond to provide for all requests! Impossible is clearly not a word in their vocabulary. And yes, the service is 24/7- they are literally on hand at all hours of the day! Whilst we were here, my husband arranged a surprise wedding vow renewal. I arrived at the beautiful Sundowners spot to find 3 members of staff had arranged this renewal. One oversaw our vows, whilst another recorded and took pictures. Thank you to Lucas, Cheryl and Deepak for this beautiful moment. Bhuwan at front office was brilliant in arranging our day to day activities, excursions and transfers to the mainland. A special thank you also goes out to the lovely housekeeping team who ensured the villa was impeccable at all times, and left lovely little gifts/treats daily. And of course, a huge thank you to the catering/kitchen staff who cooked tasty meals every day, and also to the staff at Ja Waterfront, alongside boat staff, who ensured our transfers between the mainland and Round Island were as smooth as possible. Every single member of staff was exceptional, and if I have forgot any names, it is purely out of my own error. Thank you all for the most amazing island escape ever!

The locale is beautiful- it’s is lovely island with the best beaches below most of the rooms that have the private pools. It’s is an ideal spot for snorkelling- you can just wade into the water and see lots of fish. Most your operators bring customers to this area for snorkelling and beach hopping . The staff were extremely attentive and helpful and made our stay most comfortable in every way . The rooms are of a high quality with lovely views and well maintained . Housekeeping is done at least twice a day and is immaculately kept. The food was very good too. Chef Nikki was consistent every day with every dish. We were slightly sceptical at first as it is a small property and we weren’t sure it would be up to the standard of larger branded properties, but we have been completely converted. It has the right mix of quite peace and calm and comfort with all facilities for activities. We could just walk across to Long Island in 10 mins at low tide and kayaking over to moyenne island which is a protected reserve took 10 mins . Tour operators change more than€100 per person for a trip to moyenne island . So lots of pluses.
