諾克斯維爾東部歡朋酒店(Hampton Inn Knoxville-East)

I received an email the day before our arrival that my booking had been cancelled. Had to scramble to find another hotel. This has never happened in all my years of online booking.

We didn’t get the room we paid for. Family of 3 had to sleep in a King rm. it’s a holiday travel weekend & literally nothing the staff could do.

Definitely don’t recommend staying here. Stayed here on October 8th, 2021. We booked a two queen room and when we arrived for check in we were told that they only had single bed rooms left. 4 of us shared a room with one bed. They brought up a super uncomfortable rolling bed. I hate when hotels overbook. Will never stay here again

reserved a room with jetted tub, was first told they didn't have any like that, then was told that ******* always overbooks that particular room type. settled for a standard room with no discount. staff was friendly, breakfast was good, room was clean

Rooms were NOT cleaned daily and were not overly clean when we arrived. Covid was the explanation - VERY POOR decision to not clean or straighten up rooms on a daily basis. On top of this, the room rate went UP!!!!

The Front desk receptionist was absolutely rude even though he was the one who did not know how to release a credit card authorization form.

Close to the interstate, clean, front desk manager and the employee tending the breakfast area we're very friendly. Great breakfast selection.

Clean and nice for our overnight. Staff was super friendly, breakfast was great for the kids.

Stay was very good. However I had reserved a king size room with a study and received a two queen room.
