SureStay Hotel by Best Western Shallotte

Our stay was good. It was fairly close to a beach we wished to go to. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.

The staff was very knowledgeable and super friendly. Rooms were clean. Got an upgrade on room, which was nice and unexpected. Good choices for breakfast. Great location. Close to shopping and beaches. I would definitely stay again

Very friendly front desk lady. The breakfast was good. The bathroom door squeaked and the bathroom was pretty small.

We stayed Xmas Eve. Everything was very good but the bonus was the kind older lady behind the desk. Working extra shifts so coworker could be home for Chris**as. She was sweet and funny and so willing to help.

The WIFI was spotty and the tv had issues. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Price good. Close enough to shops and restaurants. Did not eat the breakfast, so no opinion on the free breakfast.

The receptionist was so courteous and warm when we arrived and accommodating, clean pleasant hotel with nice breakfast (I love waffles) and the price was right. Thank you!

My mom smokes so it was nice that the lady put us on the first floor close to the smoking Section.

Newly remodld however they kept the beds from 30 years ago! Horrible nights sleep, mold on shower curtains, and smells musky. The only place to stay in this area is the Best Western! Paid for 2 nights and it was so bad we didnt stay the second night and went to the Best Western.

Everything was great with a few small things. The keys would decode randomly. Over 2 nights had to recode keys 5 times. Everyone was nice except the general manager. She gave me attitude recoding keys and was saying it’s “user error, it’s not our keys issues it’s you, your doing something wrong” etc. while the other employees all said yea these things will decide just dropping them in ground.
