The hotel was disappointing overall, with visible stains throughout the property. Upon check-in, I was greeted by a pleasant front desk associate, and the process itself was quick and efficient. However, I encountered several issues during my stay. Despite multiple calls to the front desk regarding the lack of towels in the upstairs bathroom, I never received a response. The most frustrating part of my experience was being charged a $250 deposit under the claim that I hosted a party which is completely untrue. There was no music, no loud noise, and only myself, my three children, and my niece present during the stay. I am still waiting to hear back from management regarding the refund of my deposit. Unfortunately, this experience has made it my first and last time booking at this hotel. Also management is rude and aggressive upon my initial call about my deposit.
