Nice hotel for a quick weekend hunting trip. It is unfortunate that they don’t have breakfast services, but the rooms where clean and nicely updated.

Don't let the value pricing fool you. While updating is a work in progress, it's still exactly what we needed... Friendly & helpful staff, a clean comfortable room, a restful night's sleep.

I throughly enjoyed my stay at the OYO. I was working nights for my assignment and was never woken up during the day, it’s quiet during the day. The hotel was very clean, the front desk staff wonderful, and I’ll be comparing every place I stay to the OYO.

It’s nice quiet and clean staff is nice and it’s pet friendly. Bed was comfy wifi worked well.

This used to be the Cross Roads Inn. They had a limited breakfast but it was ok milk, cereal, bagels, muffins, jelly, butter and cream cheese. Now it’s just coffee and tea bags

Our stay was good. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The laminate floors really boost the cleanliness of the rooms, but it does amplify the noise of the footsteps from the second floor rooms.

Nice staff. Comfortable, updated rooms, and quiet despite being next to train and highway. Needs a better clean and a little more update of hotel lobby.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly.. coffee available 24/7 although not in rooms… laundry was a good help, great fun being able to watch trains passing through… if you have difficulty sleeping you may want ear plugs, but for us it was a highlight… Pizza Hut and Subway very close. A lot of the road surfaces in Shelby aren’t great unless you are on the main roads, so the parking area was pretty good in comparison! From previous reviews I thought it wouldn’t be so good but our room was nice and clean.
