Hyatt House the Woodlands Shenandoah

Hola, de las 3 noches ninguna reliazaron limpieza de la habitacion y solo salia agua caliente en la ducha no habia agua fria y/o no se podia templar. Buena ubicacion y esta todo prácticamente nuevo. El estacionamiento se llena mucho en las noches. Saludos,

No limpiaban la habitación todos los días durante nuestra estancia, solo 2 de los 5. Había mucho ruido de los ductos tanto del baño y la ventilación general la que estaba sobre la sala, demasiado ruidoso no dejaba dormir.

Excelente hotel lo unico que no nos gusto fue el desayuno creo que podrian mejorar de ahi en mas todo excelente

excelente todo excepto camas muy aguadas. Un punto medio-firme seria lo ideal.

fue un solo dia que estuvimos pero todo bien, quicimos ocupar la alberca pero estuvo lloviendo.

Coffee pot spilled coffee everywhere when trying to pour. Pillows were so old, hard, and wore out. Long black hairs on the floor and in the shower on the floor.

I had my aircon/vents whatever off throughout my stay. The thing comes on constantly making sooooooo much noise and constantly waking me up throughout the night. If not for this it would be 5*. The breakfast isn't so good but in comparison to other stays throughout The Woodlands, they're all pretty much the same. The pool is nice and cold. The hot tub was very nice and hot... I have stayed at Marriott's which doesn't heat their hot tubs... I have stayed in a few places throughout the Woodlands and I doubt I'll be back here.
