No pudimos usar la alberca porque la estaban drenando, las llaves del agua en el baño ya están muy viejas que está muy dura para abrir el agua y las condiciones del cuarto ya están muy gastadas, me senté en el sillón y me sumergí porque ya está muy viejo. En el desayuno no había leche porque no tenían y no había nada de fruta. No me gustó

What a clean property. The bed was comfortable and this property is well kept, clean, and safe! We've stayed here numerous times on our trips to Sherman.

Upon check in the manager was very nice I got to my room it had not been made up yet not his fault it had been marked but he quickly changed me to a more convenient and nicer room without any issues

It was fine for a basic hotel. Don’t be fooled by the whirlpool, it looks inviting but it is NOT a hot tub

The lady at the front desk was very accommodating. She let us check in a bit early so we could change to go to the Scottish games.

The only reason I picked this hotel is for the indoor pool and hot tub. Both were so cold you couldn’t even swim.

This place is a dump! Towels are old and thin, pillows are lumpy and/or flat. Pool is closed because they can’t get the pH right and hot tub isn’t hot so we cant use it either. Could run hotter bath water. Ice machine broken. Drawers in nightstand have handles falling off of them. TV remote is trashed, and the AC unit sounds like it may bite the dust at any moment also. What a joke. I prepaid over $100 or we would be outta here!

Was horrible had a bad smell in the building. Elevator jumped and looked like it was falling apart. My room was open when I got to it and the bathtub would not stop running water. Towels had what looked like blood stains on them big red splotches on them. I wish I would have gotten pictures so I can hopefully save someone some money.

The tub/shower ran water the entire three nights and could not be stopped. Elevator broke. Breakfast eggs bad. Did not clean room on one night. The manager and head house keeper very rude.
