西姆拉蘭花酒店(The Orchid Hotel Shimla)

Un peu excentré, ici les embouteillages sont spectaculaires. Accueil sympathique, boisson chaude et petit béret local posé sur le crâne. Checking très détaillé et professionnel. Chambre de suite, sous la conduite d'un employé stylé. Chambre agréable, propre et vue magnifique. Roof top très sympa, vue magnifique, cocktail très agréable, service correct. Petit déjeuner à la carte plusieurs options dont une continentale. Petit buffet, très limité. Service agréable. Maintenant ce n'est pas vraiment 5 étoiles, plutôt 4 comme on le voit de ci de là. Personnel faisant de gros efforts pour la satisfaction du client.

Bell'albergo, pulito e ben organizzato, il personale era molto gentile e si preoccupava molto del nostro comfort. Lo Chef Sunny si é assicurato la cucina fosse di nostro gradimento, Vikram ha accolto le nostre richieste e soddisfatto le nostre curiosità, anche regalandoci un libro, Akash e le sue colleghe hanno gestito con professionalità check in, check out and modifications...

I went to The Orchid, Shimla with my family and stayed for 3 days. The food was really good, the place was clean and the staff was also very polite. The hotel is beautiful in itself and ample space to walk inside as well. Also, has a play area for kids, my kids had a lot of fun there.

The stay with orchid Shimla was fantastic, I stayed at orchid with my friends. Everything was good specially hotel staff is cooperative. Ms. Rekha housekeeping ***ager and housekeeping staff is very helpful, our rooms were well cleaned and the food was very tasty. Next time I will visit orchid Shimla with my family.

One of the best hotels, the staff is cordial and welcoming. Our stay was superb, rooms are neat & clean. Food was good & Rooftop restaurant is just awesome with beautiful view of Shimla & cozy cold breeze hits differently. Special thanks to Nikita, Sheetal, Mukesh, Sunny, Mohan, Upinder, Akash for their warm hospitality!!

Excellent place for staying and the staff was excellent. The food preparation and service was excellent. We will definitely revisit next time we plan a trip to Shimla.
