Nice place, beautiful views, good place to spend 2 to 3 days. There indoor pool was good and the pine track was serene. You can spend as much time outside as inside. The hotel takes you back to the colonial times. The food was ordinary but they were accommodative to gluten free food requests.

Beautifully located , very warm welcoming staff , especially Ms Pooja Bhatt was supremely hospitable ,very well conducted and I would wish her great success , she is perfect in field she’s chosen and definitely won our hearts in making our stay perfect. I would like to also mention Ms Aayushi , too was very warm and welcoming .

ITC TAVLEEN CHAIL is a lovely property. Beautiful and serene. Stunning view. The rooms are big and comfortable. The staff was very warm and polite and helpful. Vikram, Avinash, Anisha at the front desk were very helpful. Pransh and Vinay travel and activity desk respectively too deserve a thanks from us. FnB manager Surjitji and his team- Manoj, Saloni, Deep, Pooja and others did a super job , even during rush hours. Keep it up team ITC TAVLEEN CHAIL. Thank you ☺️

Anil shandil and team were excellent in terms of service and hospitality.. views of hotel and activities for kids makes it a perfect gateway.. spacious rooms makes it more comfortable to stay. Spa facility and service was not to miss.. overall must have experience

Excellent ambiance and excellent hospitality The yoga ,spa staff are par excellence the scenic view of pine and oak tree dense forest are impeccable Spacious rooms and good to spend 2/3 nights The food quality is good and have variety good value for money

One of the few heavens on earth. The property is simply divine with the breath taking views it offers ***** with its warm hospitality.Mr Ansul was more than kind enough to make our stay incredible.Big thanks to Chef Vijay as well for making every meal a special one for ourselves and our little ball of mischief ( our son, who’s a picky eater), every single time.. cooking skills are par excellence and food tasted delicious ! The food prepared is really something you would look forward to at the property.The staff is exceptionally courteous A very homely and wonderful experience :)

The property is spread over a vast area .. Very well appointed rooms with balconies.. extremely friendly staff.. Pooja and Sujit at the restaurant made us feel so special . Amrish at the swizzle bar made lovely cocktails .. and Sundar at the gym was there to help us with various exercises .. overall three days very well spent ..Deep was there to pour some iced americanos for us even during busy breakfast hours .. Housekeeping was also hospitable. overall extremely warm and efficient staff makes is a truly beautiful place for a short break . If I need to be critical, the minibars were strangely empty and no welcome snacks were offered in the room, so maybe look into that ? Lovely experience nevertheless, worth a visit!

The service, the environment are excellent. and the staff are friendly, thanks to the staff "Pooja" for her outstanding work. the rooms are very clean. ther is a library which have very good books to read. The dining area both inside and outside are magnificent.
