We celebrated our anniversary at ITC Tavleen, Chail. The Staff is very helpful. A big thank you to Vikram to make our experience memorable. Food is very good and delicious. 10/10 for the variety and hospitality. Highly recommended for your next stay around Shimla and Kasauli.

Amazing property very nice location. Hotel food was very delicious very good and quick service. The meditation centre location this is heaven. Hotel enviornment is very amazing. ***y different games in the hotel. And there are ***y scope of tracking. All staff are Cooperative

Must visit and stay hotel in Chail Himachal. Most beautiful hotel. Came in to operation 2/3 years ago and is very very nice. Great scenic surroundings with valleys and mountains. We had great time. Staff very courteous and accommodating and great service with smile on their face. Pooja at restaurant main coordinated very well. She is very very good in her work and deserves special mention and would say she is a great asset for the hotel with her smiling hospitality. Amrish at The bar and Saloni at the restaurant again our reviews would be the same as Pooja. Check in and check out very smooth and the staff were very quick and accommodating. Overall great experience and we all enjoyed greatly during our stay.

Had a great time at the property, we had a very warm welcome by the team , they serve great food . Great property for kids.There are lots of activities fors kids. We had a great time at the hotel bar as well, mr bhuvnesh at the bar served us great drinks and helped us have a great time.
