It took three attempts for me to get into my room, and then they moved me to another room. The chairs in the lobby, and in my room looked worn and stained. The rooms didn’t smell fresh. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Horrible staff i was racially discriminated against upon check in and also was treated very badly by staff during our stay got no sleep due to loud guest called front desk and the guy said he wasn't comfortable dealing with those situations so needed to wait for his associate to get there and they would see if they could figure it out nothing was done I got no sleep and had a long drive next morning also tv didn't work told front desk they again did nothing over all horrible stay won't ever be back and manager didn't even bother to call about the issues

Our room had a musty smell and it was not clean.

The room has very dirty. Dirty unmade bed, carpet not vacuumed, had toenail clippings all over it. My husband has to go ask for it to be cleaned and the front slides k person actually have him the vacuum cleaner to do it himself!!

Beds uncomfortable, front desk friendly but their computers very slow, breakfast average. Wouldn’t return.

the stay ok ,but this was a hadicap room with no ADA tolet and the lip on the shower was a bit high and the bed also overall no real issues

My husband and I stayed here a few weeks ago and we were already in the process of planning our next trip prior to our last visit and because our stay was so nice we came back. Our last stay our only issue was the door handle being super loose. This time our handle wasn't loose, but it it was harder to open our door. We would have to scan our key card multiple times before we could even get it open. The room was 226. We last stayed on the 3rd floor and our room was a really nice king sized bed. We had the same thing on the 2nd floor, but this room wasn't as nice. The alarm clock was plugged in but broken. It wasn't on and the screen was broken. A pink lamp on the desk looked as if the plug was broken at some point and was repaired. You could see the chair and foot rest were worn down and didn't look nice or comfortable to sit in. Our issues were mostly cosmetic and didn't really interfere with our stay. It was just a noticeable change from our room on the 3rd floor. We had noisy kids running around all night in the room above us. The dogs that stay in this hotel are more well behaved than the kids that stay. The staff is always super nice. I appreciate the breakfast in the morning. The shower is super nice and has great water pressure. Those door handles/key card scanners really need to be looked at, though. It's a pain trying to get in the rooms.

We went to Shippensburg for a concert and chose this hotel based on the reviews and price and location. We arrived just before check-in and was greeted by Abby at the front desk. She was very friendly, helpful, and professional. We got checked in and headed to our room; it was very clean and we had a good night sleep on the comfortable beds. The next morning we had breakfast, which was very good. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again if in the area. The only negative thing I can think of was renovations but that it only to improve a already great hotel.

Price waa right for a basic clean room. I regularly use Holiday Inn express when traveling.

Pool was closed as well as hot tub and was not aware, the bathroom door did not lock, the water pressure was bad and cosmetically the furniture in our room needed replaced. I was charged an extra $25 that I was not aware of as a hold.
