舒適套房酒店(Comfort Suites French Lick)

We stayed one night. The hotel was clean and I could tell they had done some updating. Our room was clean and comfortable. There was a tornado watch when we arrived and were informed of the situation. Later in the evening the watch became a warning and the staff handled the situation very well! They got all guests to a safe area of the hotel and made sure we were taken care of. Very well done!

Cleaning horrible everyrhing was either broken or dirty never gave us new towles or wash cloths or even came in our room. Definitely get what you pay for

Everything is newly done. The breakfast was a get what you pay for experience and it was free. Not good but as expected. Close to things but out of the way. Comfortable and clean.

I liked the room. It was recently updated though, a few things were missing. There wasn’t a dresser, bathroom exhaust fan or toilet paper holder. Also, ******* didn’t mention the construction and how the pool and hot tub were out of order. That was the reason we booked here. The manager was very kind and helped us with this issue. I’d stay here again once the remodel is complete.

It was pretty far outside of French Lick requiring us to drive to town for dinner. The motel is under reconstruction but nothing was said about this when I made our reservations. The pool & hot tub were shut down as well. My wife said the bathroom floor was dirty. The bathroom lacked a ventilation fan, too. It was way, way overpriced for the conditions. Very disappointing. The staff was friendly and tried to make the best of the situation for us but overall it was a very disappointing weekend.

This was not a great stay for our family. Our beds had hair on the "clean" sheets. The refrigerator was not working so items we planned on keeping cool were wasted. The hot tub was closed which was stated on their website. But on arrival, it looked like it was closed due to ceiling pieces falling into the hot tub. That is something that needs to be cleaned up to make the pool area more enjoyable for all even if the hot tub cannot be used.

One thing we did not like is the curtains did not close, there was a solid panel on each end,and a shade you could see through.

It was okay, they were redoing the 2nd floor. But we didn't hear anything. We were satisfied with our stay.

The only reason for the 4 stars was because the pool and the hot tub were not working. That was the main reason we stayed there. Other than that, the stay great.
