Bizarrely, I would say, aggressively rude, interaction with the front desk person. I walked up to the desk, smiled, and said "hi" to which she stared at me, unblinking, for several seconds and did not say anything (weird, right???) I proceeded to ask a simple question about my reservation which she completely ignored. (even weirder???) Finally, unsure of what else to say, I asked "does that make sense?" to which she responded "yeah no not really" with a crazy attitude. I'm a friendly and normal person and approached her in a friendly and normal way and she responded like I had done something horrible to her! Extremely weird and rude... The lady who checked me in earlier that day however was very friendly and lovely!

The stay was nice. The hotel is super convenient and had a lot of options close by. One issue was the water did not get hot and the trash cans had no bags. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Everything was perfect until the Church band woke us up at 6:30 am. On a Sunday… Nothing against the congregation but it was too loud for a hotel at 7 am in the morning.

No free breakfast buffet as promised. Had to wait 10 minutes for coffee in the lobby. Clean comfortable room.

We requested the trim be cleaned and it wasn’t even though there was confirmation it would be. The shower was not clean to shower in.

I was impressed by the great customer service and qualitiy overall experience. Special Thank You to VIctoria for amazing customer service.

Clean, spacious guestrooms and staff were incredibly hospitable. Will definitely stay here again when coming through.

Super hôtel. Personnel courtois

Spacious room, comfy beds, pillows, and linens, safe, clean, convenient parking. Close to Kessler Rehab center and not far from Cooperman Barnabas Hospital. Food, Starbucks , and movie theater nextdoor Easy check in and out. Will definitely be back!
