The room was fine, but I would not book this hotel again. I arrived early for my room after traveling since 4am, to be told by the receptionist that "Check in is at 3," nothing else offered. I suggested she could at least hold my bags as I had a full schedule of events that afternoon, which seemed like an inconvenience to her, and had to ask more than once if there was a bathroom where I could freshen up, which I was finally directed to.
At checkout, I was waiting for my uber when another guest arrived, and was told by the same receptionist that "Check in is at 3 but we can get you a room now. No charge for early check in," and he was accommodated right away. Not sure what was going on there, but shouldn't all guests be treated the same? Even if no room was available, why did I have to advocate for basic service like holding my bags and access to a restroom?
Also- plumbing was backwards in the shower- turning the knob to hot gets ice cold water.
